    They did exactly what ********* said they would. Within the first 30 days they sent me 3 emails that stated they were disputing 9 inquiries from my credit. Within another 30 days all 9 of those inquiries were removed from my credit permanently. Thanks *********, I appreciate it.

    There is, first of all, a list emailed to me, of the "dispute letters" every month. There is zero notification of resolution. If anything my credit score has dropped dramatically since hiring this company. I'm being debited whenever they choose and it continues to offer no solution. I'm also filing a credit bureau complaint. I am out 500 dollars at yhe moment for trying to do the right thing

    An African ******** male answered when I called the number. He compared me to trash.. said if I left trash out at my house flies will be swarming around so take out the trash. I'm a white female. Does it give this man rights to compare me to trash??!

    My representative was very personable and understanding. I very quickly realized I’ve been scammed.. but too late. I already paid and gave all my info. I have not seen one single success story. All positive comments are on reps. Not the actual service. I called same day to cancel (well in the five day time frame) before it was too late. I called the rep back multiple times, service number, email, never got any response. I had to change my cards and hope they don’t steal my identity. I feel so stupid for falling for this but they like to pray on the vulnerable

    I didnt even agree to anything and this company already charged me $300!!! Now all of a sudden I cannot get thru with customer service!! Theyre a scam do not do business with them!!! GIVE ME MY REFUND!! I DIDNT AGREE TO ANY OF THIS!!!

    I was duped by Credit Sage. A simple phone call and a nice person on the other end, yeah, thats why theyre referred to as scam artists. Ive had to file a dispute with my Bank in order to stop the company from continuing to charge my bank account $99.00 a month plus the upfront fee of $298.00. What a big scam!

    *********************************** and ******** were extremely polite and very helpful when communicating. They were able to remove a false collection and remove some older addresses and phone numbers. I will definitely use them again if needed.
