    Credit Sage lies and uses deception to get customers. We attempted to call the debt collection agency to pay off a debt in full and Credit Sage's number came up at the top of the ****** search, so we accidentally called them. The gentleman we spoke to said we would get a full refund if the **** was not taken off the credit report within 100 days. So we figured there was no risk in trying. Long story short, after 99 days the debt DID NOT get removed so I called to get a refund. They told me, even though the debt was not removed, that I was not eligible for a refund because an old address was removed from my credit report, WHAT A JOKE. I was lied into paying Credit Sage hundreds of dollars for NOTHING because they initially told me I would get a full if the **** was not removed, which it was not and I was not refunded a dime. So now we're stuck with the same debt many months later when we wanted to pay it in full a long time ago. Oh and they delete negative reviews on Trust Pilot to trick people into thinking they have good reviews. Credit Sage is a dishonest, disgraceful, and greedy company.

    I dont want to give 1 star! I was scammed. I spoke to a lady named ******. Said she was a supervisor! I had to go to the bank to get a new debit card. She was NOT a supervisor. Please do not use these people! They are a scam! Now, just so this does not happen to anyone else, my company is on the other line as we speak, filing theft! I WILL NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE!! If you are with them, please cancel your card. They will keep taking money from you. You have to cancel the card altogether! Do not EVER give them your routing number or account number!! They are NOT ************************** with the BBB. Good luck!

    If I could give negative review I would. They try to catch you when you try to pay a debt and pull you into a scam to where they do nothing for you but take your money. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE 100% SCAM

    If I could rate this company a negative star I would rate it a -1000! They took six hundred dollars f on me and I had no results! With the exception of an account that I had paid IN FULL myself. The final 99.00$ payment I told them not to take and they did it anyway!!! I will be seeking legal help

    This place is a SCAM they lie and they steal your money!! They do not fix your credit! They do not give you your money back. I have been fighting to get a refund for months. You can never get a hold of a supervisor and they always say they will have someone call you back and no one ever does!! My husbands credit went down since signing up with them!! They SUCK!!! They dont even deserve one star

    If it were possible to give a Negative score I would. These people did nothing for my credit score. The only thing that was removed from my report was a debt that I repaid in full! Also at the ninety day ***** I received a message asking if I wanted to continue paying monthly and I responded with a no I also called them and said no to close my account and I asked for the refund that was promised since it was no improvement on my credit score and when I was speaking to an accountant or someone in that area they actually hung up on me and acted like they didn't hear me at all! I will ask for a full refund and I will let it be known anywhere I can that these people are not a company that you want to deal with!.

    Received multiple letters stating they submitted information fraudulently and the credit bureaus would not be pursuing any action. . Unhappy with the service vs the amount paid , asked for a refund and was denied. A collection that was due to drop off did in the time frame and they claimed this was their doing , hence justifying their money .

    I canceled services and was told I will receive a refund and never got it . It's been 2 months and every time I call I get the run around. What can I do about this? How can this company get away with this behavior. If the policy states you get a refund, then the customer should be intitled to it. Shakyna W

    SCAM, they say they have a refund period, but it is not true, after you cancel, they won't refund you at all. The account manager was very sarcastic and rude and would not let me speak to a supervisor.
