This website is impersonating a government agency. I was charged $49 for a service that should cost $1 through the legitimate government agency.

Rapid Change of Address makes its website to look exactly like the USPS website. When trying to change my address through the USPS website accidentally got sent to Rapid Change of Address website. Filled all information out. Put credit card info in the correct places. Did not show what the total amount owed was going to be. I was charged $49 to change my address. It wasn't until after I hit the submit button that it showed the companys name 'Rapid Change of Address' and the amount my card was charged $49. I put in all my personal information such as old address and new address as well as name...email address...phone number and debit card information. After the transaction was complete I checked my email to see if any kind of confirmation was sent or receit so that I might reach out to the company itself and fix this error. I didn't receive a thing. I have no way of getting a refund. I'm very upset. I'm a single mother of two and I really did not have $49 to spend. The USPS only charges $1.10 online to change your address. That's what I thought I was paying. I feel like this website is somewhat of a scam. It looks too much like the USPS website. It does not show it's actual name when filling out all your information nor does it show the total of what you're being charged. I feel cheated. I deserve my money back! And that company should be forced to make sure people are fully aware of what website they're on as well as what company they're getting ready to pay and how much they're going to be charged!

Site used misleading color, design, making me feel I was dealing directly with the USPS and not these people. Charged $39.95 not $1.10 like USPS.

Thought I was updating address on usps website but redirected to this site unknowingly. Did not tell me the charge was $39.95 until after I was done updating. I thought it would be the $1.10 that usps charges. Was not aware this was a third party and was charging $39.95.

On 9/20/2022, I went online to change my address with the USPS. I entered my current address and the address I will be living in the near future. There was a screen that indicated that it was verifying the validity of my request with my card information and then I was taken to a receipt for 39.95. I then immediately saw that I was NOT on the usps website, though it had looked very much like it. The link to contact them had no result, so I emailed them requesting a refund for services not ordered as well as “starting a chat”. The website says 24/7 support, but then is not available on live chat and the phone number listed (267-863-0204) is only for "during Business Hours", which are not enumerated. The fine print below the fields where you enter information indicates the service is 39.99 and not refundable, but this is inconveniently located and few typical users would scroll to the bottom for this information. The responses I have received thus far have been standard issue recognition of my contact. An order number *************************784b348a583d) was provided, which I included in my communication requesting refund for services not agreed to.
