    In trying to change my address with post office, I used this site and it was not the correct site to use...I was charged 49.00 twice when it said my charges could not go through however my bank statement reflects money processing to come out of my account. I would like these charges reversed. Thank you for your help in this matter

    I attempted to do an address change online on what appeared to be the USPS site. A company called Rapid Address Change charged me $49 to "change my address", which I did NOT agree to, nor did my address get changed. I thought I was paying the $1 something USPS fee. What's sad is that apparently this is a known scam, and yet it's still there, appearing to be the USPS.

    They don't tell you how much it would cost you untill the end please help me get my money back

    Need to get a refund from an evidently scam address change site Rapid address change.org. they didn't give me a chance to cancel my order when I found out they were charging $59. Please help.

    01/01/2023 is when I got scammed $49.00 was the amount paid RapidAddress is the name of the website. I thought I was using a usps website to change my mailing address. Also I was only supposed to be charged $1.50 is what I thought. When I completed this application on rapidaddress.com $49.00 was taking out of my account and my mailing address wad not changed.

    On January 22nd 2023 I was seeking an address change and thinking I was on the right USPS website, I filled out the required information. I was charged $49.00 without authorization on my end. I tried contacting Rapid Address Change to no avail. This website scammed me for a process they did not complete. I want my money refunded back to me. I attached the email I had received from this website.

    I went on USPS site today to change my moms address but I ended up on rapid address change site that charged me 49 dollars instead of the usual 1.09 that usps charges you. It’s a complete scam but they portray themselves as legitimate business. I had to freeze my debit card because of this.

    I was charged 49.00 in January for address change which I never got my mail forwarded. I had surgery and had to b with my daughter because I could not b by myself. My husband died and now this. It is disgusting that people do this to pad their own pockets. They will answer for their actions to someone higher than me and receive their punishment

    I was trying to change an address with USPS, and got scammed by Rapid Address Change. They charged me $49. I can't get a hold of anyone at any of their phone numbers, email address or live chats.
