    I have the same complaint as everyone below. Rapid change is a fraudulent company claiming services that it does not execute on. It promises rapid address change AND falsely charges you BEFORE you can see how much you are getting charged. And then there is no way to get a refund or ask for it - even if you want to do it within 1 minute of seeing that you have been charged. This is really concerning that this company exists. Let's forgo the $40 that they charge for a service that costs $3 on USPS - they don't even honor that service and change your address. They overcharge and then don't deliver on the service and then have no follow up customer service line to help. This is a total fraud or run by someone who has no business experience.

    This company asks for $39.99 to provide a service that is $2.00 through the USPS. It mimics the USPS and never states the amount of money that will be charged. I do not remember seeing any agree to terms on the site. This is totally misleading and should be taken down or at least have the search engine list the site below the legitimate USPS site.
