    The transport service delivered the car successfully without any problems. The quote, however, was very low, compared to the actual final price.

    The service was great and transparent. The price we agreed to was the final price and there were no hidden fees or anything. The car made it here in perfect condition. The only reason I’m knocking down one star is because I was told I’d be given one days notice before the car arrived so I could coordinate to be available for the delivery and all I got was 30 min. Additionally, I was told the car would arrive between Saturday and Sunday and my mom who the driver picked the car up from was told between Friday and Saturday. I called, texted and emailed starting Friday to get an ETA and I got nothing. I didn’t hear from them until after the car was delivered on Monday.

    Bottom line, they provide transparent service, no hidden fees, good rates and the car arrived in good condition. However, once they get you to sign the contract and send over the deposit, you don’t hear from them or get updates at all until after delivery. Makes you nervous.

    This is the second time I have used GetCarrier to ship a car. My rep, Eva, was amazing and in constant communication with me The final price was a little higher than the initial quote, but having done this before, I knew that could be the case. The driver was very professional, friendly and excellent at keeping me notified of everything. I would definitely recommend Eva as the person to work with because of her outstanding communication, customer service and professionalism. I would use GetCarrier again if I could work with her. Thank you for making this part of the move stress-free.

    I booked early with GetCarrier LLC on June 1, 2023 for a scheduled pick up date for June 30th ... No communication with my contact (John W.) until I reached out him the week before the scheduled June 30th pick up date. He confirmed all is good ... Heard nothing from them after that ... and again, tried reaching John (via phone, text, email) on Fri, Sat, Sun - 6/23, 6/24, 6/25 & Last attempt was Monday morning 6/26 asking for a status update (absolutely nothing - no response) ... GUESS WHAT ... I did hear from John W. Monday morning 6/26 after I sent an email cancelling the 6/30 pick up ... which immediately got a response demanding I pay $150 and that he had made arrangements for a pick up of the car.

    THIS WAS NOT TRUE; I spoke with another transport company on Monday am. and they checked the dispatch/Driver Board - it showed the pick up at my address was still open / unassigned. I told John W. that I knew it was not assigned and he told me I could not cancel, unless I pay the $150.00 and if I refused to pay he would dispatch a driver to pick up the car (knowing that the agreement was cancelled) and I would have to pay 4150.00 plus an additional $200 when the driver showed up. Saying that this is in their agreement. Their agreement also states that agreement can be cancelled prior to pick up arrangements being made.

    I did contact another car transport company on Monday 6/26 - who had the pick up arranged and the confirmation of booking to me within 30 minutes of my call to them... Be wary of GetCarrier, LLC!!! They did not fulfill their assignment and demanded $150.00.

    The company was great to work with. Eva was very polite and responsive. Even after canceling the first truck, she got me another truck the following day to transport my car from North Carolina to south Florida. The quote was fair. The driver delivered my car early.
    They were absolutely no issues. I highly recommend them.

    They couldn’t find me a driver for their quote being so low and I got another company who found me a driver at a slightly more expensive price. I called get carrier multiple times to cancel before booking with the other company but Tom didn’t answer or reply my messages. He later replied and said they’ll charge me $150 for dealing with another company. Complete scam so avoid them at all cost.
