    I have shipped my car 6 times now from Detroit to Phoenix and return. I always speak with John Will. He is excellent. John communicates with you from the quote, to checking up on the service after delivery. I highly recommend

    I’ve used Get Carrier about five times, they always provided fast service at the quoted price. Cars and motorcycles. I don’t leave reviews often but in this case after reading some negative reviews I thought I should relate my experience. Kelly at get carrier is great. Last time I placed an order to ship a car norcross ga to Texas they had a truck at my door within an hour. I guess I just got lucky but they always got the job done.

    This particular company is full of it. I originally got a quote for 175 was talked into signing a contract saying that would be the lowest to get my car where I needed it to be. So come to find out it basically a doubled almost triple in price when it came to getting my car moved I was then told that if I cancel the contract within the first 5 days that I would have to pay a fee so here comes Miss Eva trying to get me to cancel the contract on the 4th day after advising them that my car had been moved unbeknownst to me. That was not going to happen I in return I ended up finding out that a family member had my car moved. So the 4th day they turned around and was trying to say that I still had to pay this termination fee which I'm going to pay on my own times cuz what you're not going to do is tell me one thing and then come back and say oh that's just a quote no what you said was we can get your car moved for $175. Not 375 not 450 then every single day she came with a text message we're looking for a driver the lowest we got is this or the lowest we got is that well guess what since you want to hustle me you'll get your payment whenever I decide to give you your payment you can send all the emails you want this company is complete full of it they sit there trick you into signing a contract to where it makes you feel like they are your only option. who tries to run a card without finding out whether the contract is going to actually be canceled. The family member ended up having my car moved two and a half hours from where it was for even less than 175. Not 375 not 450 I advise anyone to stay away from this company at all cause. It really seems like they make up things as they go especially when saying the driver needs a decision today.

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Absolute dumpster fire of a time I’ve had with Get Carrier for the past 7 days. Quoted me $833 the first day just to get me to sign a contract, then the driver supposedly “had a problem with his load” and I was quoted $1325 for the following day. LOL. 60% increase? You’re not gonna hustle me, bub.
    Furthermore, “Jon Will” has been lying to me for an entire week that a driver will come out “this evening” to pick up my car. More like “Jon Will not ship your car.”

    Do not trust these guys! They were the lowest bid in a search engine posted through TikTok. I signed a contract to get my car from Los Angeles to Houston for $775. Every day the dispatcher tried to hustle me for more money. He would quote me daily anywhere from $895 to $995, telling me what a good deal it was, completely ignoring the contracted price. He has finally stopped texting me. There is absolutely no way that I believe that my Range Rover would have made it to Houston unharmed. It's a total scam operation. They believe that the consumer is absolutely stupid.

We are a broker company, we provide you with estimate quotes based on the recently accepted rates by drivers on the National Board, as every other company does. We strive to provide with the best possible deal each customer. Unfortunately, sometimes the situation on the market changes and drivers ask for some extra money. In this case, if we can’t get any option from the driver for the original quote, we provide the Client with the best confirmations we received from drivers. It’s written in the paragraph “7. Cancellations and Fees”: “11. In case of inability to assign a carrier for original price and conditions due to everyday changing carrier availability. In this case, GetCarrier LLC will try to offer alternative shipping option for client consideration.”. Your shipping agent was just offering you the options he received from the available drivers on the route at that moment. Because drivers are their own operators, we can’t control the rates they request for. Hope for your understanding. Thank you for taking time and leaving your review!     Had 2 vehicles shipped from FL to LA (1000 miles). A small pick-up inoperable and a 6x6 military type vehicle running (on the heavy side). Great communication from John at GetCarrier and then with transporter. Pick up was set 2 weeks ahead restricted to 2 days and done on the 2nd of the two options. Vehicles arrived within 24 hrs from pickup. The quote went from just above $1900 to $1500 to $1800 final. Now understand that quotes are estimated with little info but then reality hits (for me that 6x6 was that reality). I added a few hundred as a thank you to transporter for having dropped the inoperable vehicle where I needed it despite the hardship it caused (btw I was not asked, the driver went beyond expectations here). Overall, the initial quote was a reliable estimate and to me, considering the specs of the job – absolutely great final cost – great job – great communication. A+ all around. I would call them again any day for car transport.

    VERY HONEST AND PROFESSIONAL.

    of course because they are brokers the price may fluctuate give or take a little, but John called the provider and got it down as close as he could to my orginal quote.

    Easy to work with and didn't play games like the other brokers do.
    I am very happy with the service.
