1 starComplete scam! Tom (and his complete family) have been a scammer for YEARS! They understand the art of conning. We have lost all our savings. This business does not deliver ANY of the promises that it makes. We were give empty excuses of payment. Don’t fall for any of it. He and his team will take the money and run. He’s had a decade of conning so BEWARE.Review fromDion Z

1 starIts was rocky from inception, beginning with our Amazon store. There was a brief moment of hope with their Retail Store, but that ended with OUR INVESTMENT STOLEN. Twice, they’ve sent multiple silly videos attempting to appear like a real operation, showcasing the inventory purchased with our money—only to still not pay us, even after 2 of the biggest shopping holidays. Meanwhile, Tom flaunts a different pair of expensive shoes in each video. On the rare occasion they respond, they quote their own breached contract, conveniently ignoring the sections where they’ve failed to meet their own promises. When you ask for a refund, they resort to games—sending termination contracts including an attempt to get you to agree to receive your investment back in the form of cheap inventory. They couldn’t even afford that postage. I believe they are broke. It seems any money they receive goes toward paying themselves, covering rent for their Value Vault store in the NJ mall, & managing the excessive overhead they’ve taken on. The entire operation is a SCAM. They lack basic business sense and are shockingly comfortable stealing people’s money. They exhibit an air of entitlement as if they’re doing nothing wrong beyond slightly inconveniencing you. Their morals & integrity are nonexistent, they live their best lives at your expense. Instead of resolving issues, they offer repetitive lies, recycled excuses, and fake apologies like, “We are working on it, thank you for your continued loyalty and patience.” But they never actually pay out—it’s all gaslighting time-wasting fluff. I’ve filed reports with the NJ Mall, FTC, FBI, and Bank for Wire Fraud. I also reported the fraud to the police (the bank’s recommendation). Although we’re in different states, the bank advised that filing with my local police is critical, as wire fraud is taken very seriously. Once reported locally, authorities here will then proceed contacting authorities in the originating state.Review fromZahid P

1 starOver the past few months, several of us victims have connected online to support one another through this devastating SCAM. Collectively, we are owed nearly $200,000. Today, we received our third set of "Update" videos from Tom. Unlike the previous updates in October and November—where he apologized for delays and assured us we’d start seeing returns on our investments, in this set of videos, Tom discussed his new shelving business and his new moving businesses. Regarding retail he claimed December was BMBs most profitable month. He mentioned reinvesting 80k in inventory due to being "sold out of most of the good inventory." Meanwhile, we’ve seen NO RETURNS on our investments. Each video promised that the next video would provide a clear game plan for January and February profits, but no such plan was ever delivered. We are entering our 5th month of no financial return. It’s clear these videos are an attempt to placate us and delay more potential lawsuits. Instead, they’re insulting and infuriating. We didn’t invest in shelving or moving businesses. Those ventures offer us no returns. Their contract has been breached countless times. While they boast about their success, we’re left with nothing, many of us having lost our life savings. They have now sent this 3rd round of pointless videos to try and appear genuine. They are anything but. Refund requests are ignored, communication is dismissed, and when they do respond, it’s only to offer more empty excuses without taking any responsibility. No money is ever paid out. DO NOT PROCEED. BMB Matrix is a SCAMReview fromSteve C

1 starLike others have experienced, I paid a lot of money ($13,495 to BMB Matrix for their "Amazon Standard Package" plus another ~$1,500 setting up an entity) and spent a lot of effort working to build an ecommerce business but never got what was promised from this company. They claim their products have been "carefully selected based off supply and demand on Amazon", when in actuality the invoices they send you state they are "Liquidation Products" (i.e. returned products, some missing parts and used). I had about a dozen sales worth about $1000 in the first three months and got excited, only to be crushed when almost all of these items were returned! And by the way, BMB doesn't refund your money, but instead issues you a credit. After going through an Amazon Audit, Amazon shut my account down since I couldn't prove my source of products or knowledge of where they were coming from, so BMB switched me to eBay and the whole thing started over. Same result though, some sales and then most getting returned. After a lot of frustration and me being a pain, they agreed to paying me back ($14,255.71 including refunds owed)...but over 8 payments - should be a lump sum like I paid them, but fine. Not surprisingly, they didn't adhere to the agreement, so I pestered them, and they finally sent a first payment, then more threats by me and a complaint to the Attorney General, and they sent a second payment. After getting sick and tired of dealing with this company, I turned the whole thing over to a collection agency. It's been five months of demand letters, and they have lost contact with BMB, so we're in the process of filing suit. Recently their attorney informed us that he was representing them as a friend but is no longer representing them (go figure that one out!). Be careful what you are getting into with this company. Ask them to speak to some of their happy clients before you sign up and see what they say.Review fromDavida H

1 starSCAM WARNING: Bait-and-Switch Scam/ Potential Ponzi Scheme I urge anyone considering investing in BMB Matrix to conduct thorough research before proceeding. 1. Legal Troubles: Since December 2023, at least FIVE lawsuits have been filed against BMB. A simple search for “BMB Matrix lawsuits” will reveal. 2. Fake Locations: All addresses associated with BMB Matrix are INVALID. 3 are WeWork offices, 1 is a Walgreens, another to a legit business totally unrelated to BMB. The only potentially real one is their “Valuevault” store in a Mall, which appears to be a front to project legitimacy. 3. Phone number out of order: Their 800 # is out of service. When it was operational no one ever answered. 4. Fake Reviews: Negative reviews are often followed by a wave of fake 4-5 star reviews to bury the honest reviews. Especially watch for reviews about their beta / retail program. This is where the bait and switch occurs. They upgraded me from Amazon/ Ebay to their "Beta / Retail Program". Once they convinced me of their selling power, they required a new contract and bigger re-investment. There was no reason to doubt. Once I reinvested ALL SALES STOPPED! When I threatened to make this info public they started a plan to pay me out every 2 weeks. This week $45. They have over $31k of my investment...$45?? 5. Frequent Rebranding: The company has operated under various names. I have found 8 different websites. 6. BAD REVIEWS Research their reviews on Reddit, Trustpilot, SiteJabber, Ripoff Report, Google Reviews, PissedConsumer, ComplaintsBoard (under build my brand) & BBB. While their services and offerings appear innovative and appealing, the delivery is non-existent, communication is deplorable, the monetary losses are devastating. For those that have already been scammed you can file a complaint online: -Internet crime complaint center - ic3, -Tips.fbi , -FTC Federal Trade Commission. You can message me at BMBScam, we are banding together. Gman address.Review fromAlbert M

1 star1 Star Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. They took my money, failed to deliver on their promises, and have left me with no choice but to take legal action with federal authorities. I hired them to develop multiple online stores, expecting a smooth and professional process. Instead, I’ve encountered endless delays, broken promises, and a complete lack of accountability. I’ve been waiting on a payment of $16,000 since August. Despite promising payment on two separate occasions, they failed to follow through, and now they’re telling me it will take an additional 60 days. This company is nothing but lie after lie. Their customer service is a joke—unresponsive, dismissive, and entirely unhelpful. After exhausting every possible way to resolve this issue, I’ve contacted an attorney and will be pursuing legal action with federal authorities to hold them accountable. I strongly advise anyone considering this company to think twice. Save yourself the money, time, and frustration of dealing with such an unreliable and unethical business.Review fromQumar s

3 starsI paid Bmb $15,000 to help me grow my already existing Amazon store. The first few months went well. Sales started to come in more and more. After month four my store was put under review. I was upgraded to a eBay store by my project manager. Overall there service has been decent.Review fromCarl H

4 starsDuring the time as a client of Bmb Matrix there was times I was a little nervous and honestly wasn't sure how things would turn out but after a visit to their fulfillment center and meeting the staff I can honestly say I feel a lot better about my investment. I look forward to a long term relationship with Bmb Matrix.
