1 starBusiness advertises a return on investment in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd months. This does not happen. They do not deliver items when they are bought, they miscalculate credits, expenses charged by Amazon are not accounted for. The promised 20% or 30% return depending on the package you set up with on investment does not happen on average for all products sold, neither does it happen on many individual products sold. This all amounts to stealing as you are paying for these goods upfront for them to be shipped off, and instead the goods remain at their warehouse. Many customer complaints about bad products or not receiving their items. The poor management of the stores results in Amazon, Ebay, Walmart, being shut down. They will breach your contract and when you want a refund will only offer it over 1 year period.Review fromEric P

5 starsJust wanted to share my fantastic experience buying an eBay business from BMBMatrix! The entire process was smooth, and my project manager Xavier is super responsive and transparent. They provided top selling products, and sales are coming in almost everyday. If you're considering buying an eBay business, I highly recommend BMBMatrix for their professionalism and reliability. Five stars all the way!Review fromMichael S

They stole from me almost 40000$. According to the district attorneys of Massachusetts Pennsylvania and Delaware. It is not illegal for investment houses to lose the entire investment and there is no laws broken . What a bunch of thieves who steal from families and then try to trick more families into jeopardizing their family's retirement. These people should be in jailBMB Matrix

Micheal Scalis review is lacking full context of his experience with BMB. When a client leaves a false review, we contact the client to amend the review so that it depicts the actual events that transpired. In Micheals case, his review is not only lacking context, but is a total misrepresentation of our attempt to resolve any outstanding issues with a previous client. Sales Micheal first signed up for our Lite Package last year February when the cost of the package was $4,995. Over the 4 months, Micheal generated $28,000 in revenue $5,300 of which was profit. Since Micheal was interested in growing his sales, he would wire his Amazon deposits back to BMB in order for us to scale his store. Auditing + Accounting At some point during this process, Micheal contacted BMB and informed us of his financial hardship and he needed to close his store and requested his funds be returned back to his account. When this request is made, our process is to audit the clients account in order to account for Amazon deposits, fees, client credits. This is done at BMB's expense in order to present the client with a detailed accounting of their store's performance for tax purposes as well as refunding purposes. At the end of the accounting, we concluded that Micheal had approximately $11,000 of prepayments and credits which was owed to him. We presented him with the audit details and he signed the agreement so that we can proceed with the refund process. Attempted Resolution After the account closure agreement was signed we attempted numerous times to contact Micheal regarding payment. This process went on for several months and in December we finally made contact with Micheal after he left a false negative review claiming BMB stole $40,000 from him. He acknowledge that the review was an embellishment on his part and to his credit, he has removed and amended that review. He informed us that he signed the agreement but he was not in agreement with the terms. Second Refund Request During the call, he expressed his intention to continue to work together again and that he did not want a refund, instead he wanted to resume selling with BMB. He expressed his frustration but expressed that his intention was to move forward and reactivate his Amazon and eBay stores. Based on this conversation, we amended his service agreement and schedule an onboarding call for the following business day. After missing two scheduled onboarding calls, we finally were able to get a hold of Micheal and to our dismay, he asked for a refund again. At his request, we amended the agreement the third time to refund him for his prepayments of working capital. Our only request was that he remove the false review which he agreed. Final Attempt at Resolution After two weeks of attempting to contact Micheal to finalize the refund, we were unsuccessful at reaching Micheal. At this point we recognized a pattern of agreeing to terms then disappearing shortly after. Finally, Feb 1st 2024, our director was able to successfully reach Micheal and again he wanted to change the agreement to now include his initial $4,995. Since Micheal already generated a profit of over $6,000 which exceeded his setup cost, this was not an option. Legal Recourse It is always BMB's intention to resolve all matters with the client internally, and when that becomes impossible, we take legal action in order to resolve any outstanding issues. Unfortunately in this case, we've made every attempt over the last 8 months to contact and resolve the issues with Micheal without any success. It is never our intention to disclose our clients financial matters but in this case we felt it was pertinent to provide the entire context of Micheals experience.Review fromRashad T

4 starsI signed up with Bmb Matrix over 6 months ago and everyone was very helpful and followed through on what they said they were going to do. I would certainly recommend Bmb. They have extensive knowledge about selling online. I would like for them to communicate more! That's my only gripe.Review fromSteven R

4 starsMy overall experience hasn't been perfect but overall I can say the team has done a good job with the management of my website. I signed up for a custom web development package and marketing package in July and although it took a little bit longer than I expected to receive my website, it was extremely happy with the overall design and attention to details. The marketing started to work almost on day one, my only complaint is that I didn't expect to spend this much in daily ads. Although my store is profitable, I wish I was better informed about the amount of money I would need for my store. Great business model, great execution, they just need to be a little better at communicating the advertising cost.Review fromJames C

Invested money for products and services to be provided by BMB Matrix / AKA Build My Brand. The few sales that were made are mostly returned and refunded. Amazon has put account on suspension because of this and all the complaints by customers. Amazon account has been under review then suspended for a year. Tom Quincy the sales person will not return any calls from me or emails or texts. Amazon will not help you with this company. This will keep you from selling on Amazon period, with any company. I have asked for a refund and been trying to resolve this for a year. Don’t waste your time and money. This is a SCAM! Once you pay the money communication will stop.BMB Matrix

Although we welcome all feedback from our clients, we take the approach to always resolve issues with our clients internally and not in a public forum. In this particular case, we've made numerous attempts to resolve the issues with client without any success. As a result, this is now a legal matter and will be resolved through our legal counsel.Review fromJames J

1 starI o ok paid this company $3000 to build me an e-commerce business, but they scammed me. First they told me my business would be finished in a month but ut took them 3 months to complete it. Then I found out all kinds of things wrong with my e-commerce store such as my domain name was not attached to my Shopify store and my store did not have a theme as they promised me. I tried calling them and emailing them but they never responded. We used to contact each other through an app called Basecamp, but they erased all records of our communication from that app. I wish I could get my money back.Review fromJames J

1 starI paid this digital media business $3000 to build a ecommerce store for me and they cheated me out of my money. First, they did not do a good job and when I tried to contact them to rectify their mistakes such as not connecting my domain name to my Shopify store and my not making any sales as they promised me, they refused to answer. I used to communicate with them through an app called basecamp, but they deleted all our communications from that platform. I wish I could get all my money back. They are nothing but crooks. Plus, what they do is go through the internet and delete all negative reviews that customers give them so they can stay in business.
