      I purchased a 3 month subscription to Zoosk Which they did Not apply to my account . I asked them to apply my paid subscription to my account and Zoosk refused . I want a refund immediately. Also they provide no office telephone number and outsource all emails

Zoosk never called me or wrote to help me I paid thru Apple app for a subscription and they do not apply that to a Zoosk subscription .       Zoosk advertises itself as a "fun and safe" dating site to meet "local singles." In order to sign up, you are required to pay at least 3 months in advance and, as soon as you join, you discover there are a whole host of other tools that require additional payment. There was no ability to filter for distance so I immediately began to get matches from across the country and even in other countries. There is also no ability to remove messaging on an individual basis so, if you aren't interested in someone, even if you try to "unconnect" from them, they can continue to message you. Additionally, they are told that you've looked at their profile when you try to "unconnect" so, in many cases, they become more aggressive in their communications. I received threats of sexual assault as well as NUMEROUS requests for sexual favors of the virtual variety. There so not seem to be ANY content filters like you find on other sites like Tinder and Match. There is no ability to report these items to staff and no opportunity to contact them until I was attempting to deactivate. It then to me 3 attempts to simply DELETE MY PROFILE. Zoosk may be a lot of things but it is neither fun nor safe. It is using dark patterns to make it difficult for members to leave or receive assistance and, in my opinion, it borders on dangerous.

      I ordered 3 month subscription. Never able to get in. Asks for me to pay again. Under a different name mingler.com. I submitted 5 requests.. 5 days no response. Cannot reach a person. Cannot delete turn off auto renewal. Please delete my profile everything. Want nothing to do with Sparks anything. No one ever reached out to me I'm done. I will dispute thru Boa also. Some Christian ethics. Made be physically sick.

      About two weeks ago, I voluntarily signed up for a three-month subscription to Zoosk. After using it for about a week, site representatives blocked my account and demanded personal information from me in order to unblock it. When I refused to provide them with that information, and instead asked for my subscription to be canceled, they told me they could not cancel the account either until I provided them with that personal information, effectively holding me hostage unless I submitted to their demands to turn over my personal information to them.

      The user's account was suspended for security reasons, and the payment was canceled on our side, so it was never processed. As the user was never charged for that payment, they are not eligible for a refund, and they have been accordingly informed of this today.

      My bank account at Chase was compromised I. Had money taken out of my account. They cancelled my debit card. I kept receiving a notice my card was declined as someone was opening an account with JDate. I received a new card and entered it into my Apple Pay on my iPhone. The second I did there was a $134.99 deduction from JDate from my Chase account

      I have had a A zoosk membership for quite a long time. This morning I receive a message from Zoosk telling me my membership has been canceled due to an unknown source. I have absolutely no recognition of being inappropriate. Personally, I have been stalked. Zoosk did nothing. This is a complete weirdo vibe. Not safe.

      Business is requiring me to send private personal information to access my account. Now they are displaying my pictures on their website/app without my consent. Their is no phone number to call. I do not want a refund, I just want my pictures to be taken down

      On April 23, 2024 I paid Zoosk $64.95 for a 6 month membership. On April 28 I was unable to login due to failure to receive verification code emails. I attempted to contact them thru the phone number listed online but it goes to a medical alert device scam. The billing phone number is always busy. I sent an email to the support email address I found. After some back and forth emails the problem was corrected on May 1. Now on May 9 I am unable to log in again as no verification code emails are being received. I want a full refund of my money and all information (profile, photos, etc.) deleted from the website.

      Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint and have determined that this does not resolve my  issue.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. **In order for the bureau to continue to assist you, you MUST provide your view on the matter or your complaint will be closed as answered. They made contact one time after the initial complaint and I didn't hear from them again until the issue was fixed and I had access to my account 4 days later.  No compensation was offered for the lost time.  At this time I will continue to use the service but should this happen again I will push for a full refund.  I would like my membership extended by the lost time, 3 days initially and 4 days the second time for a total of 7 days.
