      On December 17th, 2025, I joined Five Surveys LLC. Their website, fivesurveys.com, advertises that it will compensate their users $5 for every five surveys completed. I spent approximately 2 hours completing 5 surveys and when I tried to "cash out" and redeem my surveys for $5 through paypal, I received an image stating there was a " technical error" and I should try contacting customer support. When I tried contacting customer support through my online portal - I received another error message and the system would not allow me to submit my complaint. I was forced to establish another account, using a different email address - in order to commuincate with their customer service team. They told me "everything looked good" on their end and I should not have any issues redeeming my reward. I again tried redeeming on their platform and received the same technical error. I reached out again to their support team and was told to communicate through email - and that having 2 accounts open at the same time is not allowed. Again, their system's platform was not allowing me to send messages and communicate with their support team directly through my original account. I ended up reaching out to their support team through gmail and was told they would fix the error shortly. It has been nearly two weeks and I am still receiving the same response and no commitments on when I will be compensated.

      This service will steal your personal info and store/sell it under the guise of compensation when in fact you will not be compensated 90% of the time. They manipulate surveys to try and prevent you from getting the full 5, the closer you get to a reward (3/5, 4/5) the less surveys show up. And as soon as you finally get a reward, hundreds of 5 star rated surveys pop up out of nowhere.

      5 surveys continues to sabotage 5th survey at the end. After I spend 20 minutes and answer EVERY question. Always say it's the surveys fault. I call Lying scammers. You don't make enough? Ya have to steal more?

      On numerous occasions I have completed the surveys this company offers the vendor of these surveys has stated that I completed there survey and thanked me only to have this business come in and say I was screened out before the vendor could sent me to them for payment they are also falsely advertising the times it say it takes to complete the surveys one survey I did was told 15 minutes to complete it actually took over an hour to complete and when the survey was completed with the vendor say it was completed this business jumped and said I was screened out so I was not paid for the survey on another occasion they jumped in and said I was screened because of my last name which has no bearing on the ability to do a survey or impact on a survey this has happened upward of 15: times now with at least 10 of those being fully completed surveys I want the compensation agreed upon for completing surveys and this company to start advertising the correct amount of time to complete a survey also I want them to add a return to symurvey option on the exit out of survey area the place where you can exit out of a survey is on the screen in a place where it can be accidentally brushed easily and if you do that there is no option to return back to the survey to complete it no matter how many time spent the survey I want this business held legally liable for false advertising fraud and theft of people's time. They are operating an illegal system and should be held accountable I also want full apology from it creator not typed but vocally over the phone or in person

      I redeemed a total of $7.00 from prime to my Venmo account but only $2.00 were allocated to the account. Where is the rest of it because it still showing on the app?

      This survey company had me completing hours of work that they falsely advertised as 20 minutes. Then I was kicked off after completing 98% of them. They gathered my information without my consent and they refused to pay me the $5. I don’t even want the money I just want them to stop taking advantage of people

      five survey's is a app that is supposed to pay 5 dollars for every 5 surveys a person completes. however, five surveys continues to not honor their word and exhibit shady business practices such as not compensating people for surveys they completed of screen people out after they have completed nearly the whole survey and not compensating for time spent on surveys.

      I do not think this company is paying people for there advertised amounts. I keep getting screened out on the larger 200-300 point surveys after I finish them. You chat with a rep who awards you 80-100 points compensation, which makes me think this is rigged. So this time I started one and keep screenshots for proof. I have one at the 39% mark, 83%, and 96% and one showing that "you have reached the end of the survey, thank you for your participation". Then I click "complete" and get "unfortunately the advertiser screened you out". This has happened several times. The survey was supposed to award 300 points, I received 100 compensation. The rep response is always "Since we value the time and effort our users spend on each survey, I have added 100 points as a goodwill credit to compensate for the inconvenience this has caused." But never full compensation because " they dont get compensation from their Client".
      I hope this complaint makes people aware that you will not get what you apply for and waste time on surveys that will mysteriously kick you out. And you will not be fully compensated.
      Because if going in you knew you would spend 15 mins for 80 points (which is .80 cents) you would not do it versus 300 (which is $3.00).

      It won't let me cash out my 5 dollars. I've tried getting in contact many times and no one gets back to me
