      This site is a SCAM. The first couple days it lets you complete the 5 surveys and cash out but after that it scams you. You can spend 10-15 minutes on a survey and then it "screens you out" and you dont get paid. So basically you answer the questions and it decides you not a good fit, kicks you out but the company got all the answers they needed.
      I read someone elses comment here on BBB and they said it exactly. They make it impossible to get the last 2 surveys so you get 5 and get paid. They time you out have you have done almost the entire survey or even if you complete it.
      I was on the last question of a 10 minute survey when it screen me out. I contacted support and they said companies can do that because sometimes they might have all the surveys they need already. What?!
      Today I finished a survey and I have the screen shot saying "We thank you for your time spent taking this survey. Your response has been recorded" but it didnt go back to 5 surveys and give me a chance to rate it land get my pay like all the surveys do. Support wont help and says it the company's that gave the survey error so all they can do is let that company know and they are sorry. Im pretty sure 5 Surveys got paid and the company got their survey answers but we dont get paid. How is that legal?
      Most of the responses from the so called support are copy and paste rebuttals just like they would have at a scam phone call center.

      I don't know what to think about Prime Opinion, most of the reviews I've read are positive but I don't like a lot of the personal questions that they ask, I have enough points to cash out but haven't done it yet, now reading the reviews here I'm skeptical that I'll be able to cash out with no problem, Prime Opinion sells your information to other sites so I don't know if I'll continue to fill out surveys here or not, I've been doing it for about 3 months, now I hardly qualify for any of the surveys so that's disappointing but I do have concerns about the privacy issues, which I don't like, I don't know if I'll continue to use it or not, to many questions, I might just cash out and hope I get it and not take any more surveys, to many privacy concerns.

      When I first got this app, I thought it was great. I earned over 200 dollars within 4 months and I saved to buy my kids gifts for Christmas. The app wouldn't let me claim rewards so I reported this issue and as a result, I got my account out on hold. For 15 days. Pass 14 the day my account almost gets unbanned, an extra 15 days gets added to my hold. I feel like this is on purpose. I have been loyal for nothing. I feel disrespected. I have a streak of 90 days, but I am willing to lose this and the app since it obviously doesn't respect me.

      This platform is terrible. They're thieves. I'm owed so much money from them it's ridiculous. You won't get paid for 90% of the surveys. You'll fully complete the survey and get thanked by the survey provider but somehow you get declined when you're taken back to the Five Surveys platform. You don't get any kind of compensation for late declines. I've seen some of these surveys on other sites and they'll pay between $6-$25, so I know that this company is making a killing off of their 5 surveys rule. Once you get to the last 2 surveys needed it becomes nearly impossible to complete a survey at all. All of the shorter surveys disappear and you're left with 20+ minute ones. When you finally get that last survey needed suddenly all of the short surveys show back up, like magic. This company should be sued.

      Dont waste your time on this. You get screened out before you get to the fifth survey.

      So, disappointed! At first they seemed really good and i only got DISQUALIFIED from half of them. But then it got to be a 1/3 then it snowballed into 2/3's! That's clearly a biased unbelievable catastrophe. 75%-90% through the would disqualify me. It clearly is rigged or they have a sick sadistic thrill from jerking people! The final draw is making to the end of a 15 minute (it actually was one hour and 45 minutes) and a message popped up " Thank you for taking this survey", then it FROZE UP! No reward. The dirty dogs! Unbelievable! I took a screenshot and I'll try contacting them because I earned that $1 and it would be the final one for the $5 bucks. Sad!

      They do not answer specific questions. How every single survey can time out is ridiculous. They do nothing about it and claim that you may not meet certain requirements. They do not compensate you at all for completing a survey just for it to "time out".... why Google play allows scams on their app is ridiculous.
