      I should give this app 0 stars. After you complete 3-4 surveys there will be no more surveys available, making it almost impossible to cash out. The when you finally cash out, all the good surveys just magically appear. Also I complained that I had a technical error so I got compensated $1. But cash outs are only in increments of $5 so I can't even transfer that, so I asked them about it and they said it will be cashed out in the future or whetever. This is a scam and this app should either give people their deserved earnings and fix the app, or shut the whole business down.

      Completed 4 surveys. Can't complete the 5th for various reasons. Reporting to BBB.

      Filled out 3 surveys and they wont let me do anymore until August 24th.

      I signed up under a bonus code that gives me an extra 20% per survey for 7 days.

      I'm accusing this business of engaging in deceptive practices, presenting bonus offers and nulling people who engage in the offer.

      I was only $0.89 away from cashing out my earning and they did this.

      Its completely deceptive, and illegal.

      If I'm wrong, sue me.

      Horrible site!!!!!! A total SCAM!!!!! They will let you complete the 1st four surveys with no problems, then when you get to the 5th survey, they will keep exiting you out of it. They are a waste of time. It seems that their entire purpose is to just steal your info and not pay you for it.

      Scam App/Site. They'll allow you to do surveys and then block you from redeeming the money. If you delete your account, balance is just gone. They don't allow you to redeem money for surveys. Then they'll say that customer's were complaining about your answers. I wouldn't recommend.

      Five surveys is a JOKE!! For 2 months I've been disqualified every survey, I need one more to cash out. I've completed at least 2 surveys that weren't credited..A WORTHLESS COMPANY

      Very shady and not worth it.

      This is one of those survey sites where they'll send you about 50 surveys but you'll only truly qualify for like two of them realistically. To make matters worse, it could say you qualifed for what, you'll start it and it'll disqualify you halfway through with no credit at all.
      I recently entered a survey and it said I was qualified and I actually made it completely through the survey with no problems. The problem is when I got towards the end. I get to the final page where it asked to submit or enter any questions or concerns about the survey. I clicked submit and it looked like it was going to take me to the home screen but it said unfortunately I did not qualify after literally sitting on working on it for 10+ minutes. As I stated previously, I understand not every survey is a winner but I filled it completely and entered all the relevant demographic information- even twice at some points. They have my answers and that same demogrpahic information (which is all they need) and I didn't even get credit.

      Withdrawal of hard earned $5 is IMPOSSIBLE and FOUR TICKETS/MESSAGES to SO-CALLED "CUST.SERVICE" (more like Disservice) remain UNanswered over a WEEK despite a LIE "be in touch in 24 hours:"/or similar. These trash needs to be shutdown by State Authorities &/or Consumer Protection dept within your State or Federal government.

      Meanwhile, I've stopped filing these scam surveys since you won't get paid until maybe next year or never

      details here [on whatever Review site you read this] ...", yes obviously NOT on a Reviews site (i.e.here) !, BUT:Dear 'Five Surveys', you blatantly ignore the statements above that CLEARLY STATED you were contacted numerous times on My Account (& other custoemrs stated similar) w/full & even excessive details of My Account USING a HELP/SUPPORT BUTTON UNDER ACCOUNT at your Website & App !!

      I would give it negative stars if I could. I spent over 20 minutes on a complicated survey where over and over I had to memorize lists of animals, birds, and fish. In between each of those times I had to perform number jobs of re-ordering the numbers from lowest to highest. At the end I was thanked, asked for the strategy I had used in the survey, told to click submit and THEN was told I didn't qualify. Five Surveys refuses to pay me. They say (wink, wink) they didn't get paid either. It is for certain the company used the work I did as part of their research. Five Surveys puts the companies above the actual workers. THEY are the problem.

      Used this site for a month. Everything was fine. Then suddenly, out of the blue, their website will no longer connect with my device. First day I thought perhaps they were just having server issues. It has now been six days. I believe they are blocking me from accessing the app. Why? I have no idea. No way to contact them The emails they send out are from a "no reply" address. Without being able to access the app, can't contact them that way either.. Apparently, my account has been "ghosted" A legitimate company would contact you with a problem or violation of terms. Apparently, these folks just block your access to the app with no explanation or warning. That's pretty shady and VERY disappointing.
