    Bought a printer off Amazon on November 3, 2023, with Cardinal Pro Electronics being the third party seller. Box arrived and it was obviously previously opened. After inspecting the printer it was obviously used and damaged. I suspect it was either a return or a floor model. Sent it back on November 8th, it was received on the business dock on November 10th by an employee named "*****." The business submitted a refund of $45.74 out of the $624.74 I paid them and has since refused to refund any of my money. Judging by their reviews on this site, this scam business is obviously a reseller of damaged products.

    This company is dishonest. I bought a refurbished Dyson vacuum from them on Amazon. It stopped charging so I returned as it was under the return window. The product was delivered by **** got a name and everything. The company never refunded me and Amazon will do nothing because it was returned to their warehouse. It was returned to the address shown in the Amazon website. I read online others were also victims of this company. Total scammers, unbelievable

    Ordered a HP Spectra from this c*** store through Amazon. They printed a ***** label and lied and said they sent it but ***** said they never received the package. And cardinal only said they sent it after i made a complaint to Amazon and i still haven't gotten a refund. They aren't even registered as a business in ******. I want my money back crooks

    Sold me a defective computer, returned it within 72 hours, well before the 30 day. The charged me a restocking fee and didn't process the main return with for 10 days. I had to call Amazon 6 times and eventually request an a to z guarantee. Please beware this seller. I am only out a few dollars interest. The seller started ignoring communications when I asked what part of the policy they were following. If you call the Amazon customer service line be prepared to ask for a supervisor because they refund specialist won't follow the policy for third party vendors.

    Scammed me out of ****** on a dyson vacuum charged me ****** restocking fee on a broken vacuum and Amazon will do nothing about it.

    Terrible. Dont respond on Amazon. Bought a gaming laptop with one year warranty. Monitor went out in 6 months and this company wont respond. Manufacturer says I have to go through the company to get it fixed. Amazon wont do anything about it. Terrible

    Ordered a Dyson ball Animal 2 total clean upright vacuum cleaner. Through Amazon & third party bring Cardinal Pro Electronics On may 15th received on the 18th. Registered my Dyson on the Dyson website. Used the vacuum 4x we have a small **** sq ft condo. The brush stopped spinning & the suction stopped working. We troubleshooted & was in contact w/ Dyson. But they said we need to contact 3rd. Amazon is passing the buck saying its Cardinal pro electronics. They gave me a number to call its not a working number. Very frustrating what a scam. To pay $444.04 why would Dyson or Amazon affiliate with this company? Also I registered the Dyson vacuum but yet not honor its replacement or return policy? This company should be prohibited from selling anything on Amazon.

    Terrible company, never buy from them!Purchased a laptop through Amazon with this company and sent it back within 30 day return window. Charged me a 20% restocking fee which was over $200. When reached out they claimed that they were following Amazon Return Policy. Except the link they sent showing the policy clearly states they cannot charge a restocking fee on this order. Called Amazon and they confirmed that I was in the right and gave me a full refund. Terrible company.

    My husband ordered me a laptop as a birthday gift from them through amazon... delivery date said between June 3rd and June 9th. Package never came. Checked to see where the package was and all we can see is that the seller created a tag. You can't see if it was in transit or nothing. No response from the seller when trying to message them. What a load of ******** ?? in the words of my father "this is what happens when kindergarten dropouts get jobs". Is it even worth it to ask for a refund based on these reviews they're just gonna keep the money we paid for a "restocking" fee.

    This company should be prohibited from selling products on Amazon. I purchased a $600 vacuum, and the suction whole stopped working after 3 months. The vacuum itself stopped working after 1 year. ***** does not issue a warranty for this product because it is sold by an unauthorized seller. A message was sent to them via Amazon and yet no response has been given. It has now been 2 months. Amazon did not offer help either. If the two of these business can do "business" together and accept money from consumers, they should be able to return it if an unethical sale took place. Cardinal Pro Electronics, I would like a full refund. My next step is to take legal action.
