    Recevied the item on 8/1/2024 and requested a refund on the defective item on same day. Instead they sent an additiona item, but I did not request a replacment but a fully refund. I have complied with the return policy, sending pictures of the unused items, box and been in communication with over 8 email communications. As of 8/27/2024 I am still waiting for the return label to be sent to me for return shipment.

    I have tried calling the phone number listed, but nobody picks up. This is a shame business that dose not follow thier own policies. It does not even deserve a 1 star!

    Item was purchsed on May 16. Memorial Day, May 27 sent a follow up email. May 28, an employee named Deanno from Cattasaurus wrote back and said, "We sincerely apologize for the delay in receiving your order. It appears there was a mishap during the sorting process, which has caused the delay. Please rest assure that we have taken immediate action to resolve this issue. Your order has been expedited and you can expect it to be delivered within the next 3-5 days."
    June 3, Monday still no package.!!!

    I never received my order after a month and I had to contact my bank and dispute the order. They are not a reputable company. Please avoid them.

    In their advertisement they are show striking a cat with a hand, and throwing objects at/ hitting cats with objects. This is shocking for a company making enrichment products for pets. Company response to complaints about the ad include "We are sorry parts of our ad did not resonate with you" and "We are sorry that you are disappointed."

    Animal abuse is unacceptable! Boycott this company!!
