I submitted a $308.25 ,home Depot gift card vis their website and was told to wait for an email within 8 hrs and if I didn't receive one it meant they did not accept my submission. Well I never got an email but they completely emptied my gift card. Stole my money and will not contact me back after I've made several attempts. This occured 12-29-2023Business Response

I submitted my Amazon gift card info to Cashify GC website which was advertised as a legit and reputable company that pays you for unused gift cards. My card had a $200 balance and they offered me $156 to be paid upon approval of the card. I was never paid and I checked the balance and it is now $0 and said it was added to another amazon customer account. The customer service is a joke as they simply ignore you. I sold this company my giftcard and recieved an email with a response that I would be funded in up to 8 hours. The card was drained almost immediately. It has been a month and I have not received any further communication from them nor a payment. I have tried reaching out using their chat service and always get “Anthony” to start a conversation. Afrer I state what it is for, I receive a reply that their chat service is done. I have also reached out via email and not received a response. I received a giftcard from adidas outlet in kansas city, MO.
I went online to cashifygc to sell the $55 gift card.
They claimed there is no money on the card.

Cashifygc stole my gift card money and will not respond to any of my emails or chats on their website! I am so upset with this outcome, as it is now 5 days before Christmas and that money “Cashifygc guarantees you in exchange for your unwanted Gift Cards” has now been taken from my gift card, and i never received payment back from them! That was money for my kids’ Christmas presents! Please BBB help rectify this situation, shut them down! Make them give me my hard earned money back! I submitted their Gift Card Exchange form on Sunday December 17, 2023 at 10:55 pm. The Wal-Mart gift card balance was $185 and they came back with an offer of $172.20 cash. I have the email from them from when I submitted the form, stating that the prices would take “8 hours to verify the authenticity and value of the gift card” and that if I didn’t hear back from them after the 8 hours was up, to then reach out to their customer service department for further assistance. Well I’ve now emailed them 3 separate times, tried to chat with them on their website, only to get a message saying “a customer support specialist will reach out to you surely.” Well it’s now been 3 full days since submitting the form for the gift card exchange for cash, and they have successfully stolen the $185 from the gift card, and never sent me my cash offer of $172.20 to my cash app account that I provided in their request form. I sent them my 133 Walmart card and was offered 103. I gave them all the info from card nbr to pin - never heard back. I decided to check my balance and they took it all lesving 15.71 on my e-gift card.
They are scamming people for years as I read all

On 12/13/23 I filled out and submitted the form they have everyone fill out to sell a gift card to them. It was for a $353.50 home depot gift card that I had just got brand new that same day 12/13/23. By the next morning when I went to check the balance on the gift card, to make sure it was still in there and I wasn't getting scammed or robbed, the balance was $0. They took all the money and I still have not heard back from them regarding this issue. I've emailed them numerous times and have also tried to talk to someone on the live chat support but after 30 seconds the chat keeps closing. I did receive one email response from James (the owner) on 12/15/23, but the email looked like it was an automated reply email. On December 7TH i submitted my $1000 Home Depot Gift card to thier website for the agreed upon amount of $920.
However I have not been paid yet and it's a week later. Thier site claims payments in 24 hours. However they used the full balance of my Home Depot card on December 8Th. I never acknowledged them to use the full balance. There was no payment made to me. They stole my Home Depot gift card and used it for 5 differnt transactions. Then when I emailed them several times I receive an email saying my gift card is being investigated for fruad. How is it investigates for fruad when they already used the full balance to make
5 differnt purchases ? Well I gave them the Benefit of doubt and I submitted my ID. IVE SUBMITTED PROOF OF PURCHASE AND I PROVIDED PROOF OF OWNERSHIP. and guess what? They still haven't paid me. They are not paying because it is scam. Just like all the other reviews. Please do not send them
Anything. They will scam you. I'm pretty sure it's one person Using differnt mames acting like he is different people. But it's all the same person. A scammer. You will not get paid. They will take your gift card. I highly recommend federal to criminal prosecution.
They will scam you. Please do not send them anything. They use the full balance of your gift card then they claim there is an issue with your gift card. However there was no issue when they was draining the full value of it the very next day.

I submitted my $600 Apple gift card to sell and have yet to receive payment. Cashify GC used up the $600 from the gift card and have not payed me the agreed value of approx $550 for selling this gift card to them. I have sent numerous emails over the past two week and only received two replies that they will look into the matter.
