    I had received money back on the phone that I had bought from Target and bought insurance for it and they paid me the insurance for the phone sent me an e-gift card.... I tried to sell the gift card online with the vendor that buys gift cards cashify Gc... I sent the information for the gift card to cashify and they send me an email back with the confirmation number that they received the email and that they would be done and send me my money within 8 hours bad options PayPal cash app zelle... But as hours passed by and then a day pass by.... I sent them an email questioning their advertisement of eight hours to pay you in and requested the money in my cash app since the money has been withdrawn from the gift card... To this I got a letter by email saying they would look into the matter.... At this I called Target up to find the balance on my gift card and it was zero so they have withdrawn all the money off my gift card the day I sent it the 15th of January now it's the 17th of January and all they responded was they're looking for the matter and they haven't given me no information or talk to me about anything else other than that they're going to look into the matter... I read reviews on the site and I became very discouraged because almost every review was a scathing review and lost all hope of getting the money of the gift card back and filed the complaint because they are not honoring the ad they tell u about and nobody is acting like they are willing to assist me to resolve it...I just either want the cash they promised (73$) for the 80 $ or the gift card back...ty for hearing me

    I submitted my best buy gift to be purchased by Cashify GC on January 11, I still haven't received payment for the gift card, nor has anyone responded to my emails, my Gift card was immediately drained to a zero balance .

    I rcvd a quote on January 11, 2014 to sell cashifyGC my Visa Vanilla gift card valued at $500.00 for $460.00. It was to be processed within. 8 hours 9 hours later I ask for an update and was told they were waiting for manufacture for something. I lost c I immunization for some time when they finally sent me information that the transaction was finally processed. The next evening on the 12th. The money had been removed from the card earlier on the 11th. It is now the 15th and Mr ***** ***** emailed me at 10 am saying he would close this deal today. And again no contact thru out the day. This is criminal and they should be shutndown.

    I filled out a form on Cashify GC on Dec 27,2023 to see the amount of cash I would be offered for my $200 Walmart gift card. I received an email after submission stating that I would be contacted in approximately 8 hours to let me know the status of my form submission. I didn't hear anything for 2 days so I attempted to use my gift card at Walmart and it was declined. The system said my card account was closed. I couldnt find any customer service phone number for the company and repeatedly sent messages to their customer support chat which was "temporarily down" or sent an automated message back saying I would hear from them shortly. I also sent in numerous emails to the support email saying I just wanted the $200 returned to my gift card and did receive ONE email back on Dec 29, 2023 from ***** ***** stating that my order had already been processed and they were having issues with their Zelle and Cash app money transfers and needed my PayPal email address to finalize my order. I sent that information back and haven't heard one word from them since despite many failed attempts at getting in contact. This company has stolen $200 from me and I want it fixed!!!

    I submitted a gift card for sale to CashifyGC and was told thru email if I did not receive a follow up email that my gift card was not accepted in which I never received. Three days later the balance on my gift card went from $100 to $0. I emailed the company and received a reply from James Smith asking for the order number and name submitted on the original form. I replied with the information and James replied he would look into it and get back to me. That’s the last time I have heard from anyone.

    I attempted to sell my gift card of $50 from Amazon and submitted the form on January 1. On the website it states that you will hear back from the company within 8 hours and will be paid within 24 hours. It further states that if you don’t hear back from them it means they decided. It to buy your gift card. Since. I had not heard back from them I reached out to the company for the past four days by email an online chat. These are the only two options they have to contact them. Furthermore since I had not heard back I attempted to use my gift card and was informed it had been redeemed and therefore I could not use it. I am still trying to receive payment for the gift card they have redeemed and not paid for.

    I gave them a 100 dollar Starbucks giftcard for the exchange of some cash their site claims same day pay or worst case scenario 8 hours you have to wait I gave them that card and they have already taken it 3 days ago I can't get them to ever reply back or give me the money that they owe me I've been very patient it's been well over 8 hours going on 4 days now and I would like my money

    On 11/22/2023 I submitted a gift card on their website thinking they will pay me for it .They advertise within same day payout .I submitted Saks 5th Avenue gift in the amount of 96.00.I waited 8 hours, because that's how long their confirmation email said it will take to process.And got no response still.I send them email asking about my payment,even gave them my cash app tag and PayPal email,to where to send money.I got email two days later saying its still being processed.I than went to check my gift card balance,it was no longer 96.00,but 6.47.We are in January now,its been over a month going on 2 months,they just drained my gift card and never paid me for it.They dont reply to my emails and everytime i try to chat on their website,they dismiss me after i gave them my name and reason for me contacting them.I know 96.00 is not a lot of money,but im a single mom who doesnt ger child support and i sold the giftcard so i can buy my kids something for christmas&thats all i had.It was given to me but i didnt feel right getting myself something while I have nothing for the kids .So they took the little i had and my kids went without.They are not right,I trusted them.I dont understand how they are allowed to still have their website up and running and they continue to scam people,because after one complaint is one too many.

    This business promises to buy gift cards online. They send an email after submitting the gift card assuring that within 8 hours the card will be processed and if not alerted, the card was not bought by the company. It has been 24 hours as of now (1/04/2024 at 2pm EST) and I have not received an email confirming the purchase nor any of the money promised for selling the card. I have since tried to use the gift card as I thought they turned me down but when I tried to apply the value to my account, it told me the balance has been applied somewhere else meaning this company has used it as I have not shared the claim code with any other person.

    I have a Walmart gift card that had $92.36 on it. I submitted the form to these guys gave them the correct email and payment option that my money was supposed to be delivered to. It is now been two weeks and I have not heard from them. I have not seen any money they ignore everything you send them you can only chat with them and it’s the same response from some dude name Anthony and they make you wait 30 seconds and then say oh nobody’s available will get back to you. They are legit a true scam. Everything about them is corrupt.
