I have been working with Sam from Recovery Solutions for 2+ years now. And I have to say that she and her team "get it". They go after every dollar possible and they are polite but aggressive. The communication is stellar and I am seldom left wondering what the status of anything is. We are in insurance & restoration, which is one of the hardest industries to get paid in. RSG understands insurance and even has many connections at insurance companies that make collecting more money even more likely! Thank you Recovery Solutions Team for all your hard work!

Recovery Solutions Group was very helpful in collecting on a delinquent account. We actually managed to get something on this account and I thought it wasn't going to happen. Although, I feel the percentage for recover is high - it is at industry standards and I doubt that I would have gotten anything without Recovery Solutions getting involved.
I really appreciated the update and follow up email on the account. I found that to be professional and informational. Casey is our customer service specialist and I have found her to be both professional and helpful.
I will not hesitate to turn over any delinquent accounts to Recovery Solutions Group in the future.Recovery Solutions Group, LLC

I had good & bad experience with RSG, I worked with Dawn Chambers. She is excellent but sometimes and cases she was too robot about it. We are not living in a perfect world, there are times, place and moments that we need to be a little flexible.Recovery Solutions Group, LLC

I had a very good experience with RSG. I worked with Casey and she was excellent. She kept me informed along the way, all the phone calls that were made as well as any resolutions and outstanding items. She is very pleasant to work with and we did get results, which was much better if I had not used RSG.
