This company is a big SCAM on your insurance.
If they do ALL the repairs, then they treat you awesome, but if you choose to go elsewhere for repairs, well , you become someone that doesn’t remember things correctly, and they are basically done being nice and helpful.
Don’t fall for the pretty picture they paint about how they will deal with everything ,and make you have these god awful noisy fans running for 3 to 4 day, day and night! Then when they remove the fans, the leak is still there, but they said it was dry! WHAT THE HECK!
And now that the leak is finally fixed, we all of a sudden don’t need the fans to dry it out, they just sprayed some “ antibacterial “ spray on the wet places and since THEY weren’t doing any of the other repairs, we’ll, good luck with that!
They suck, Abram especially, and his supervisor were both condescending, and patronizing. This seems to be a very patriarchal company.
So, ladies, if you don’t have a man around, they will TAKE ADVANTAGE, just like they did with my 80 year old mother. She asked them to save any and all construction that was removed, because her insurance adjuster wanted everything saved. Well, when I asked Abram, he said they saved nothing they removed, and didn’t recall her asking them to.

basically kicked them out of my moms house, as I was being talked to in a very distasteful manner. Don’t use these guys. They take advantage of women and seniors. They get minus 5 stars from me!Recovery Solutions Group, LLC

RSG is Great. I tried a few accounts with them, customer complained about the collector being very harsh with him. I contacted Samantha and she was on it. She fixed this problem immediately. All accounts I have turned over have been collected in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone. I appreciate what they do !!!Recovery Solutions Group, LLC

Dawn at RSG has been incredible. She has been able to collect debts owed to our firm that we have been trying to collect for months. Dawn at RSG has done an amazing job recovering a customer's debt owed to our business. Dawn is very professional and has follow up with us to keep us informed of the progress they have made collecting the money owed to our business. We are super thrilled with the work they have done for us! After almost a year of financial hardship, I would informed by account was moving into litigation. I sent one more email to plead my case and I was connected with Shawnie Jones. She not only helped me get back on track with payments, but helped me settled the account as a whole.
