    The follow are comments that I received over the course of more than 2 months...at which time I requested the order to be cancelled. I have a copy of the transcripts from the chats, so please do not say this did not happen. The BBB rating of an F is accurate! - There is some delay with this battery due to stock. Your order is now scheduled to ship in a week from now. I apologize for the delay with your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information when it ships out. - We are still waiting for more units to come in. Your order is scheduled to ship next week. We are working to ship this ASAP. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details when it ships out. I apologize for the inconvenience caused due to delay - we apologize for the inconvenience caused. There was some delay with this battery due to stock. Your order is scheduled to ship next week. We are working to ship this ASAP. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details when it ships out. -We can ship it out next week by I cannot assure you that we can deliver by Wednesday. Please confirm if you would like to wait and keep the order or cancel for refund? Usually it takes 4-5 days to deliver after the item is shipped. - Your order will ship in 2-3 days. We are waiting for more units to come in, We have 7 instock if you want us to partial ship those. I understand we have promised to ship earlier and I apologize for the inconvenience.

    Excuses, excuses. Shipping label was created, but nothing shipped. Asked for cancellation since I got 2 different excuses. I did get immediate credit after saying I would just contact credit card company and refuse payment. Not a company worth dealing with and I had high hopes. Customer service was good.

    Mr. Black ordered from us on June 7th, the order was forwarded to USPS on June 12, 2023, 6:33 am, within 3 business days of our regular shipping time of 2-7 business days. He then did not want to wait for the tracking to get activated and asked for a refund - a refund was issued on June 19 plus he will get a free battery, USPS Tracking#9400111206203782549222. Mr. Black still chose to file a -ve review. Thanks!

    Company claims battery will be shipped in 7 to 10 days or they will contact you with shipping date. Never received shipping notice and 3 months later still waiting for refund. Dirty, dishonest, Chinese Communist company.

    1. We are a US company, registered in DE 2. November 22, 2022 - we informed the customer by email that the product was on backorder and if he would like to wait or cancel - he said he will wait. 3. 2 weeks ago asked to cancel and issue a refund & we issued the refund the same day. 4. Says he has not received the funds and we informed the customer to contact the bank and if needed filed a dispute against us. We are not sure why he is reluctant to contact his bank. 5. We also share the bank/merchant details of the refund. We have no reason to HOLD $113.40 and if BBB allows we can share ALL the details. Thanks!

    I ordered a battery on Nov 10th and emailed your to cancel the order on Nov 12th. I was promised a refund since I cancelled the order. I have received 3 emails stating that my refund will take 3-5 business days over the course of a month. I've been told I'd receive a refund 3 times. Today when I called the person said "I initiated a refund"...they keep stating they are initiating a refund but my credit company says there is no pending transaction for a refund. Each time I call they states "oh it takes 3-5 business days"...I still haven't received a refund.

Please also verify here, did we provide you with a complete bank statement of the refund and the statement which clearly stated that the refund is complete. We are not sure what more we can do to satisfy you, we do not have your funds anymore, and our last email with the statement asked you to wait for a couple of days more and file a case with your bank. Email: Hi John, Please attached find the complete statement for your order, the refund has been completed from our end. If you do not see the funds in the next couple of days, please file a case with your Bank. BBB does not allow us to upload the statement but here are some details: Payment refunded.
