5 starsScott B., repair tech, thoroughly assessed and repaired roof/fascia damage caused by squirrels. He actively listened to my concerns, identified the problem areas and was able to fix the damage the same day!
I appreciate the customer service support provided by the PJF team to promptly schedule and dispatch a technician to inspect and do the work. I called several other companies that were either non responsive to my call or did a cursory inspection with no follow up.
PJF was willing and able to dispatch a tech to handle what others dismissed as a ‘small job’. PJF recognized that it wasn’t ‘small’ to me! Scott B provided quality workmanship in a prompt and courteous manner. I appreciate all that was done to address my roofing needs. My sincere thanks and appreciation to Scott B for a job well done!
