    Workmanship was done well. Installers were courteous, answered all my questions. Their prep and post install was done professionally. Very happy with products and install. Highly recommend.

    I had 2 different sales people . The first one cam Sept 28 and I told her I couldn't commit. One day later I get a call that a person in charge of sale wanted to come give me a price based on specials they found foe me and came here Monday Oct 2. I got a price and told her I had another appt for the next day with another company and she said to hold the price I could sign and had 3 days to cancel if I went with the other company. Stupidly I signed because I was 90% sure I would go with them because the other company didn't have the design I wanted. Then Tuesday Morning I found out I have to have a medical procedure which keeps me from doing the job and I called and told them I had to cancel.The girl said she would send it to the proper dept. and I would hear back within 24 hours on the cancellation. I also emailed twice to "info@pjfitz" and emailed via their website. I called and was put through to installation department both Tuesday and today Thursday the 5th, of course I didn't get voice mail and No-one has called me back. Fast to sign you up, cannot get anyone when I canceled !! All I want is a confirmation of my Cancellation which I cannot get!!! I was probably going to use them in the future, but for sure I won't now. I have enough stress dealing with a medical issue and now they are adding more stress by not returning my many attempts to contact them.....Wow!

    Absolute nightmare. We had the sales representative sell us this elaborate story about why this company is the best company to install windows and how professional they are. A few weeks later someone came to measure the windows and few weeks after that they came to install. The windows were smaller than what I agreed on and what I paid for. They couldn’t complete the job. They left the windows unsealed. The installers were smoking and listening to music while installing my windows. They left debris in my house and on my property. They took down my mail box and didn’t put it back up. A month later they came back to finish the job. While waiting during that month no one communicated with me. I would not recommend this company because what they present is not what they delivered.

    They were quick to accommodate the purchase and over zealous to get the door installed.... but not efficient with following through on the flaws found in the glass. Never followed up to correct the problem....We would not recommend FP to our worst enemy....their workmanship is far from what they proclaim ??

    This company is now all marketing and NO action. I am not even sure they have the capabilities they advertise. I had major storm damage on Aug 7 to a roof that they installed 11 years ago with advertised great service, warranties and repair service. After repeated phone calls and begging for emergency help to come out and look at the shattered skylight and multiple holes punched in the roof by fallen trees......I am now 7 days later and not a single person from PJ Fitzpatrick has been up on my roof to even look at the damage and help with emergency damage mitigation. I had a local contractor that was working in the neighborhood come to my home within 2 hours of contacting them with crew equipped to inspect, temporary patch and tarp my shattered skylight. PJ Fitzpatrick was nowhere to be seen and never even responded to my initial call for help. I am now on their alleged "priority" list to get a repair person out to my house in 24 days after the damage.

    Called in June for an estimate to redo my bathroom. The young lady came out 2 days later. Thought it odd that they the scheduler wanted to know if I was as the ‘sole’ person to make the decision. Kept asking in many different ways. Well, the designer came out and I picked colors, surround etc. after measuring tub and walls she came to a total including senior citizen discount and teacher discount $14,000. I kept a straight face. Unless it was inlaid with gold, that was insane!! I asked for a copy of the invoice, she obliged with a pdf stating $14,000. No itemization!
    Also insisted I give a deposit and get under contract that day to get my senior discount. I’d still be a senior the next day or the next week. Ridiculous!! Felt like I was dealing with a used car salesperson. She couldn’t wait to get out of my home when I didn’t sign that day.

    The installers were great, but the doors that they were given were chrome instead of brushed nickel. I am still waiting to hear if I will have a reduction in my price due to it taking more than one day for the installation.
