5 starsI was lucky enough to get in contact with HACKERJUDAS, a cryptocurrency recovery company after I lost access to my crypto wallet. I was saving some money on my Blockchain wallet but I couldn’t access it after some time, I thought I had lost it all but my son told me about HACKERJUDAS, this team was able to help me recover my wallet while attending to me professionally. I put in a complaint 2 days ago, and I called them again that day and spoke to Britney. she assured me that someone would call me back the next day, and she herself would call to make sure that some called me back, she did call me back the next day, but before Josh called me back and he made everything right, and even gave me $500 off of the price, the crew came out and had the complete job done in less than 8 hours and did a fantastic job, I couldn't ask for more.
they were great, the paperwork for my job got misplaced a few times but, in the end, everything is as good as you can ask for.
I thank them very much for my beautiful bathtub and complete wall system. it really looks great, and the workers were great, so in the end, I could not be happier.

Me and my wife agreed to have P.J. Fitzpatrick, Inc way back on 12-09-2022 install a bathtub and wall system we put down a deposit of $2344.00 total $14,229.20. for the tub and wall system, nothing else in the bathroom, just the tub and wall system.
Which is high, but I thought they would do the best job. My wife wanted one type of wall design and was told that that product would not be in until February, and the job would be done by then.
it is now March 6th, I have called them 10 times and spoke to people every time and was told that someone would call me back ASAP, plus 3 calls that I was only able to leave a voice message, well no one has ever called me back, no contact at all, this is 88 days later and no call back from anyone, I finally found out that Christine Hanly is the project manager I have called and left her message to no avail. Now I have to hire an attorney to sue for breach of contract because they have our $2344.00.
I do want them to Honer their agreement and do what they said they would do, and call me ASAPP.J. Fitzpatrick, Inc.

1 starThey must make $ off those who they can take advantage of by using either their incorrect financing verbiage or by discomfort & pressure that their salespeople create. Great experience on phone when scheduling someone to come give us quote, but guy who actually came out to our house was terrible. Extremely pushy used car salesman type that wreaked of cigarettes & TONS of cologne (had to air out our kitchen for hours after he left, even had to throw away pen he used to write down pricing he gave because pen even stank of cologne so bad).
Our very happy small dogs who normally swarm visitors went over to greet him & instead of their usual routine of insisting to be pet, all 3 dogs went into another room & silently watched this guy the entire time with tails lowered & wouldn’t go near him again.
As for financial side… first, their quote was double that of all other quotes we’ve gotten. What should be around $5k job was quoted $10k. BUT WAIT THERE’S MORE, for limited time only, if you sign commitment TONIGHT we’ll lower to $8,936 including tax which you can finance for 12 months @ 0% OR monthly payment of $93 including interest. I would love to know what kind of math they teach their salesmen because common core math adds up better. @ $93/mth, even if it was just principal & no interest included in that, to pay off $10k alone would take a long time, but he conveniently left out length of loan term & stated that payment included 9.99% rate, which even with interest rates rising you’d be better off getting HE loan.
He then gave us his personal cell # even though he’s “not supposed to do this (wink wink)” & asked us to call him tonight once both spouses were home so we could seal the deal. He was so pushy that my husband texted me to not come home until he was gone despite already being on my way home from work.
Manager was empathetic until we questioned the math, then he got short with us and his personable demeanor disappeared faster than our desire to hire them.Review fromBrendan R

Fantastic service! Kevin Hart was awesome! My fix was a simple vent pipe boot replacement. No big deal. He noticed some nail holes left from the solar panel installers. Not only did he let me know but he filled a few in which was above and beyond. I'll be sure to pjfitz again. Thanks, Kevin!P.J. Fitzpatrick, Inc.
