  The installers were great, but they were given the wrong doors for installation. The doors were chrome and everything else was Brushed Nickel.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. Company uses bait and switch tactics. they offered low or no threshold for showers, turns out that is not the case. Rep trashed other companies to me during pitch. I feel advertising something that they can't provide is far worse. they c a nt itemize products or tell exact costs, which should be investigated by BBB

  I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate to repair and paint the porch trim and soffit of my home but was told there would be a service charge which I wouldn’t agree to. When the rep finally realized it was a large porch, the fee was waived and the appointment scheduled. But that is not the end of it. Prior to the appointment, one must respond to their repeated confirmation requests. Because I was out of town I was unable to respond. The company called before 9 am the day before the appointment and I confirmed the appointment. I waited at the appointed time and called after no one showed up. So I called and was told the appointment was cancelled. They didn’t let me know in advance so I wasted a lot of time on the phone setting up the appointment and planning my day to be available and waiting to no avail.
  Their time is worth a lot more to them than their customers’.

  I called to have my gutters cleaned, and a gutter leak repaired. They came out, cleaned the gutters, but not the downspouts, the downspouts were clogged up. I cleaned those out myself. Next big rainfall, I see the gutter is still leaking where he said he repaired it. I had to schedule a return visit, and wait a week for him to return and fix it the 2nd time. Well, it just rained again, and it's STILL leaking. Now, I have to wait ANOTHER week for someone to return and fix the leak for a 3rd time. I am not satisfied with the level of work the technician is doing. Instead of pouring water in the gutter with a bucket to see if it leaks before he leaves, he just leaves and says, "if it leaks next rainfall, just call us back!" I am very disappointed with the quality of work.

  I recently received a letter from T. Fitzpatrick ****** stating that his company was doing some work in my neighborhood and working on some of my neighbors homes. I live in a mobile home community and I thought that's awesome. But when I called Mr. Fitzpatrick's office I was informed that the letter I received was distributed to the local post office and that they decide who gets it. I feel that this is totally false advertising on this company, I wouldn't trust any advertising from them.

  They will charge you the deposit right away but when you try to cancel within the 5 business days time frame, they do not respond or contact you so that time frame can pass. I had to drive an hour and a half just to cancel my contract in person since nobody contacted me. They are way too expensive, there are better deals out there that do a better job. Do not use this company, they do not care about their customers.

  I got a quote from them......$34,000 for a 25 sq roof.......allied roofing came behind them with a quote of $14,000.....what's wrong with this picture?????......there salesman didn't know shit.. .all he did was pick other job's apart and was wrong on that......stay away from them......Larry w

  The experience was horrific - this was by far the worst home project experience I’ve ever had. Now I am trying to get the issues resolved and getting the run around.
  
  They should be ashamed of themselves - this was supposed be a gift to me (I didn’t want a trip out of the country/new car/etc. - just to get one of my bathrooms upgraded).
