    This company is a scam, they are liars, they try to degrade you as a customer, lie on the technicians, lie on the laws just so they do not have to cover what their contract says they cover. My vehicle has been in the shop for over 2 weeks, 2 tows, 2 shops, 5 days of rentals cars just so that I can get MORE mechanics that are beyond trained as MECHANICS and don't mind backing up their profession to call then out on their bogus, rudeness and extremally unprofessionally cheap demeanor. They have even tried to cancel my contract to avoid paying for my vehicle to get fixed! How do these people sleep at night?? I am I not begging them for ANYTHING! I paid for my service in full in the beginning of my contract, I have not had this contract for a year yet and already regret partnering with them. The Case Manager is ***** ***** she claims se is the higher manager there is and I cannot seem to find another number anywhere for this company. Only reason I'll give them 1 star is ******* *****, for his customer service. He should be would a real company and I thought they REALLY did pay for things that were listed on my contract. DO NOT BUY!!!

    I made the mistake of putting a deposit down on a warranty through ASE. I didn't end up purchasing the car so I went back to ASE to get a refund under the 30 day timeframe. Multiple phone calls, multiple emails and still no response or hope of getting my money back. It feels like they are waiting for me to get tired of fighting for a refund and just give up and let them keep my money. Terrible service, terrible company, terrible experience. You've been warned.
