    I am a representative at a dealership in Calfornia, I do not reccomend purchasing a warranty from this company. We have yet to receive payment for a cusotmer who came in and had repairs performed 5 months ago. Unfortunately the cusotmer would have to pay for the repair in full.. I'm not sure why Tatiana is still ther she is rude and out of touch. Please do yourself a favor do not purchase grom this company they do not stand by their business. I recomend a mor reputible copany such as ALLY, US Warranty, Portfolio, assurant, AUL all of those are companies that stand by their products

    Polite on the phone, crooks in practice. They pay a small portion of your repair bill then cancelled my insurance based on a supposed mileage setback that never happened. They owe me over $900 in funds they just kept. Basically, just crooks. I was sad to learn.

    Interesting that there are over 300 reviews. maybe 30- 1 star reviews, one 3 star review that was bumped up from the original 1 star, and the rest are 5 star reviews. My truck has been in the shop since Monday, June 26, it is now June 30 and no one can say anything other than that the claim is under review.

    According to the contract they have to respond within 12-24 hours. This contract was over 2500 and I have very little faith that this is even a real company.

    I am the owner of a small repair facility and processed a claim for my client that hold a contract with this company. After the first phone call i knew this company was going to be nothing but problems, Once you submit an estimate for approval the customer is required to proceed with all repairs even the repairs that are getting zero coverage. As someone who has dealt with other warraties this was the first time I have seen one force a customer to complete repairs to only get coverage for one of the repairs. Now it been about 3-4 months since the repair was done and we are calling on a weekly basis to recieve payment, the company refuses to use any other form of payment to resolve the outstanding balance and has inconsitant answers for where the supposed check is. I strongly urge customers and repair shops to stay away from doing any sort of business with this company.

    I am a repair shop who did work for a client holding a contract from this company. Has been 3 months and I have not been paid. Every time I call they tell me they are "processing the check".. apparently that means they have to grow the tree and make the paper before they can cut a check. I do a lot of work for a lot of warranty companies, all the others just pay with a credit card as soon as the repair order is submitted.

    ASC Warranty is awful, I bought the car a month ago and didn’t transfer warranty right away. There is nothing they can do for me. What a joke. I’m sure if I would’ve transferred that day, there would be another reason to not pay anything.

    I have been trying to cancel my contract with them and get a refund for over 5 months. They deny receiving documents you emailed and sent overnight . And it is difficult to reach anyone by phone. I believe their delay tactics are so you get less of a pro rata refund. Very unethical business practices

    The people lie to you I specifically asked if I had an oil leak would that be covered I was told yes. They pick and choose what they will pay for and it’s not much. This company lies to you to make the sale. This is wrong. I go to make a claim over a year later and it’s impossible to get things cover. I maintain my car but because it has an oil leak they won’t cover the warranty until I pay 2500 out of pocket which isn’t covered like I thought it was before they pay for repairs that were already Anthony them before. This is ridiculous. These people rip you off they are as bad as home warranty companies.

    Terrible scam!

    They told me it covers 50K per year in warranty work.. which was AWESOME!
    They told me the warranty starts in 30 days or 300 miles...
    They told me the deductible is $250

    All sounds amazing right?

    Edward Baker and Michael White took my credit card... charged me $4000.

    Then they sent the policy agreement... Which is of course strange to send AFTER paying...

    The agreement said:
    15K warranty work per year... not 50K (still okay... i guess)
    Warranty starts in 190 days... more than half a year?
    Deductible is $500

    they take your money.. send you a contract and hope you dont read it! when you have an issue with your car, they will say "YOU SIGNED IT!" very predatory! Keep away by all costs.

    Gives ASE Auto a BAD name.
