    I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent issue I experienced while trying to obtain my CPAP machine supplies.

    I received an email stating that I could settle my outstanding balance in order to receive my supplies. When I called, I was told by a representative that if I paid $76.65 immediately, all other expenses would be waived, my account would be considered paid in full, and I would be able to order my supplies that same day. Based on that information, I paid the amount and received a confirmation number.

    However, two days later, I was informed that I still had a balance and could not receive my supplies. When I called again, the representative told me the previous employee “made a mistake,” but could not tell me what the additional charges were or how much I still owed. She then stated I was at risk of being sent to collections and ended the call abruptly.

    I am very frustrated by the lack of clear communication and professionalism. I would appreciate it if someone could review my account, provide a detailed breakdown of any remaining balance if I have one at all, and let me know what steps I need to take to resolve this matter so I can receive the medical supplies I urgently need.

    SIMM Associates has your account as being settled in full after payments were made on June 20th. In terms of medical supplies, you must contact your health care provider directly as SIMM Associates has no control over that matter. Thanks.

    This place keeps emailing me stating I have an outstanding bill of $14. So I call and try to verify where this is coming from, and the rep asks for my name, which isn’t the name that he stated. The proceeds to asks for my address. Once I questioned why I have to verify my address, the rep hung up on me.

    My wife is 72 and has a lot of health problems. She has had multiple surgeries and procedures over the last two years because of these health problems. About six months ago she was contacted by this company over $47. She had to jump through all different kinds of hoops just to reach the right person to resolve this bill, which she promptly did. She had another surgery yesterday and this morning this company called again over the same matter. She tried to explain to them that she had already paid this. The person she was speaking with was extremely rude and condescending. Now mind you she is recovering from surgery, in a lot of pain, barely slept all night, and she knows that she may not recover from this. To add to all of this she gets broadsided this morning by this rude and arrogant vulture who showed no compassion at all and refused to even accept the fact that she's already paid this. ALL OVER $47. If this is how this company allows it's employees to deal with people then they are some sorry low life scum.

    I used the link provided in one of their emails to pay outstanding bills.
    The options in their website was to pay all the bills together which I did and took a screen shot of the accepted transaction.
    I keep getting emails about these unpaid bills and have tried to call both their 855 number included in the emails and the 302 number listed here on BBB. No one answers, nor you get a prompt when you call the collections department at the 855 number and when you call the 302 number an operator answers who then transfers you to the same collections department where nobody answers. When I was able to speak to the operator again and asked her if there was another number she could transfer me to, she stated that that was the only number and before I could respond she transferred me again to the collections department, and again, no answer.

    I was illegally contacted and harassed by Simm Associates, Inc. and I don't even owe them anything. I have no debt with them at all, and no delinquent accounts with them or any of their clients. They called my phone number asking for a relative. It was very disturbing to get a phone call from them asking for this relative and disclosing their company name and saying it's about a personal issue. I'm aware they are a collection agency and my relative would have never given them my phone number. They basically told me about this relative's financial situation in violation of collection practices.

    I was illegally contacted and harassed because of a relative's debt. My relative never provided Simm Assoc. my phone number and they were shocked (as was I) that Simm Assoc. contacted me.

    I received a email from them stating I owe money to Credit one which I don't have any cards and only thing I owe on is my car so yes they're nothing but a bunch of scammers. Please beware. Nice try, I wasn't born yesterday

    Your employees are code calling me daily. I am disabled and just buried my son. I will be seeking advise from an attorney due to the distress your company is causing me. The on going harassment regarding some collection that may or may not have to do with my son who has passed away and whom I am still mouring over has caused me tremendous distress. What you are doing is shameful and hurtful. Your company should really reset their moral compass.

    No star rating. Calls me and asks for the same information as before. I gave them the info. You would think they would put it all together. No they don’t. They will not get no money from me. They best quit calling me or I’m going to sue them. They call me from different numbers. So why should I give them info when they don’t call from the same number
