I bought this for my husband, he has been taking it for about three months now and he has lost eight pounds already and, his eating habits have changed, he eats less and eats more vegetables, thank you so much.

5 starsI have been using golo release for 3 months and have lost 21 pounds. I am thrilled with the results! I have never been able to loose weight easily though I didn't get real heavy until after my 4th child. I had blood sugar issues in my pregnancies and expected that I would become diabetic at some point in my life. At age 66 I started having some heart issues, swelling in my legs that kept me sedentary, and alot of heart burn. I was skeptical about this plan, but did know that berberine and bannaba (which are in release) have had research related to weight loss in the naturopathic field. So when my sister asked me to go on golo with her, I asked my doctor and he said to try it.
It has not been easy. It is a simple plan but not easy for me. I do not really like vegetables and I do love my carbs, but with my sister and I support each other every day I have made it through 12 weeks and am usually content . Of course I have had a few days when I have really wanted to snack, but that is usually when I am stressed. If I am truly hungry I do have a snack.
My heart burn is gone. The swelling in my legs is gone. My pulse rate and blood pressure are down. Those are all amazing benefits that I have seen. the weight loss has slowed down, but the health benefits for me have been well worth the effort. Golo is exactly as they advertise. Teaches people the correct way to eat, naturally... No stimulants, appetite suppressants or magic pills. My life is forever changed with GOLO.GOLO, LLC

This treatment has made me feel more optimistic and has definitely helped my blood sugar problems. I have lost a few pounds so far because I’m not doing so much “sad” eating.GOLO, LLC

5 starsI have been on Golo since the beginning of March 22, and I am glad I went on it. I have lost 20 lbs. It doesn't seem like much but when you feel better, clothes fit better, attitude is better all these items should be taken into consideration. It took a long time to put the weight on and it takes a while for it to come off. I also do work out and then of course work in my garden.
My husband is also on Golo and he has lost 40 lbs, which is awesome. He looks like a man who works out regularly just by loosing the weight.
We can't say enough 0f how pleased we are with the product. It does take sacrifice but it is well worth it at our age.Review fromMichael W.

I like everything about the GOLO plan: the products, the website packed with information, the Facebook support group, and the availability of phone/email support. Most of all, I like the 2121 plan itself, which is a healthy approach to eating. And I'm losing weight! I've even introduced my daughter to the plan, and she loves it, too.GOLO, LLC
