I started Golo last winter while vacationing in Florida. I was not happy with my weight and decided it was time to do something. In the 4 months I was there I lost 30lbs. My friends couldn’t believe the change. I still take Golo and have kept off the weight. That is what they mean when they say Golo for life. It will be my friend for life.

GOLO constantly helps me loose weight slow and constant (even when I don't exercise every single day). I exercise as much as I can and a lot of m t clothes have been donated due to the loss of weight. It comes off without me even knowing that I was losing. I feel great or better than I have in a long time.

I found the plan very easy to implement, results as promised, and the cost is extremely reasonable compared to other supplement based diet plans. I also like the fact that you can use this program of balanced, food-positive eating for the rest of your life to maintain your healthy weight after losing what you needed to lose. I am very happy I decided to try GOLO and I am also looking forward to trying the recipes in their cookbook I ordered for myself for Christmas.GOLO, LLC

It will be a year this February that I started taking golo. I was 261# up from my normal weight if 220. So I saw it in TV and said why not try it. I’m now around 195 and feel great dropped 2 sizes from size 40 now 36. I’m not perfect and did eat chocolate and cookies, but now just a taste and live my new look.GOLO, LLC

I like the product it is working for me since I have started.I started taking golo in oct. it is now dec. I have lost about 24 pounds my goal will be around 210 ,215 so I figure I could reach it around may or june and if I don't I will keep going until I am there what ever it takes. I workout also I walk for about 20min I workout my upper body for about 20 minutes so in total about 40 mins 4 days a week. I am 65 and I had a scare before I started this. So I am not going to give up until I hit my desire weight. I no pictures. I have dropped about 6 pants sizes from 44 waist to almost 38 witch is huge for me. will that's all I have to say Thank you so muchGOLO, LLC

I’ve been using GOLO for several months. I have lost some weight, but will continue to work on it. The food is very good. The service is prompt and accurate. The Release has really helped my A1C. The recipes are good, but the ingredients can be expensive.

It sounds like you have reached a “Plateau”. Plateaus are bound to happen in any weight loss journey. What happens is, your body responds to a lifestyle change and you see weight loss. But eventually, your body will recognize this as a lifestyle and get used to it. This is a good indicator to step things up a notch or switch things up. It’s a good time to challenge yourself. GOLO always recommends following the RESET 7 Plan to get past these plateaus. The GOLO RESET 7 Plan is outlined in your books or online under your myGOLO account. The one week plan is where you “eliminate refined grains (pasta, bread, tortillas) and anything made with flour. Eliminating these foods will give your digestive system a chance to rest. You also want to “eliminate Dairy from your diet (milk, cheese, butter, and yogurt) and finally eliminate Red Meat (beef, pork, lamb, goat or venison). Another thing that we recommend is “not to take Release” for this week, we found it can be beneficial when taking a break from Release. Then Continue with the GOLO meal plan but maybe stop the Release for a week or two. Your body can get used to it in your system and restarting it usually triggers weight loss again.

Hi Katherine, I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your weight loss results. You mentioned that the Release “hasn’t made a difference with your weight”. Our supplement Release works with your metabolism. It works to maintain normal blood sugar levels and helps improve your metabolic health. You did not mention if you are following the “GOLO for Life Plan”. When following our plan, you are combining all four food groups in the recommended serving size which work with your body’s abilities to restore balance within. Our customers report that they start seeing weight loss somewhere between the 2nd and the 4th week with an average loss of 1-2 lbs. per week. There are also many things that can influence the number on the scale, and you may lose inches before pounds. GOLO is not a quick-fix, fad diet; instead, it works to help get your metabolism back into balance so you can lose weight effectively. Depending on past dieting efforts, your age, medications, medical issues, or hormones, it may take a bit of time to get everything back into balance. But that balance is the key to losing, getting healthy, and maintaining your loss long-term. We know that Release makes weight loss faster because we conducted a double-blind placebo study to determine this. There were two groups of people in the trial. Both groups followed the GOLO For Life Plan, but one group took Release, and the other took a placebo.
