    Medvi is a fraud. Charged my card and will not cancel or refund . Tried speaking with them numerous times and still no resolve. Very disappointing experience and unacceptable customer experience in every way..

    Scammers. Charged my car..would not cancel or refund money and never even made purchase or received item for said purchase. Tried speaking with them several times and so straight out they would not cancel it or refund

    Once an order has been placed and sent to the pharmacy, we are unfortunately unable to issue a refund, as the order is already being processed. If we receive a cancellation request before the order is sent to the pharmacy, we are more than happy to either refund the payment or hold it as a credit for future orders. However, once the order reaches the pharmacy, the only available option is to replace the order, not refund it.

    I understand this may be an inconvenience, and I apologize for any difficulty this has caused. I have reviewed your account and can confirm that it has been canceled, so you will not experience any further charges.

    They will charge and send your medicine to a random address you did not list! They're responses are scripted with apologies and they're "working" on the issue excuses. I requested a refund but they have not initiated any refund! Scammers! They need to be held responsible!!

    This is the worst company ever. I canceled my membership in March. They charged my debit card and my credit card twice each month. That's four charges of $299. I had to work several weeks with them to get my money returned. I even asked them to take my cards off file. Today April 9th I checked my account and my debit card was charged again. They are the worst company ever. Their business practices are terrible. This company should be closed. Do not ever get anything from this company. And mind you I never received any product so I know my account was canceled but they continued to charge my card

    This company MEDVI biggest scam artists. Do research, read reviews first, you will thank me later.
    I subscribed big mistake & they shipped my order to another person in a different state.
    NOTE: if that persons child/or other sources picked this up & used it can you imagine the liability or risk that individual could face, that error could be costly for whoever found it on their doorstep.
    Because of that error over 30 plus phone calls, plus easily 50 emails I made to find out when they would fix my order. They will stall, tell you the same thing over & over & over & thank you profusely for your patience. This gets you 100% no answers/solutions period. You literally must persist & I mean stay on them. Same pattern goes for when you ask to cancel & get your refund.
    It's the worst way to conduct business because they want you to give up & move on. DONT.
    My only course of action was to report my charge to my credit card company as a dispute so they could follow MEDVI's error. They did & I won my dispute & my credit card was refunded by Capital One.
    I have learned a valuable lesson here, please let's speak loudly, maybe they will shut down this operation.
    Personally, they need to be investigated period.

    We sincerely apologize for the shipping error that resulted in your order being sent to the wrong address. Please note that once an order number has been generated, we are unable to process a refund, as the medication is already being prepared at the pharmacy. However, in these cases, we are able to replace the medication at no additional cost.

    Additional delays occurred after the initial shipping error because you requested that your medication be ordered from a specific pharmacy. Unfortunately, our system does not allow us to select a preferred pharmacy, but the agents who received your request made every effort to explore possible options on your behalf.

    On April 1, 2025, the same day you contacted us to officially cancel your account and request a refund, you also submitted a dispute with your bank. We chose not to contest the dispute and released the funds immediately, which allowed you to receive your refund confirmation that same day.

    Once again, I sincerely apologize for the communication gaps and the overall experience you had. Your feedback is truly valuable as we continue to improve our processes and response times.
