Ferris recently completed our kitchen renovation and we are so incredibly pleased with their work! The process began when Tina Dean came to the house to see the existing kitchen, take some measurements and give us some really thoughtful suggestions. Because a kitchen redo is a big investment, we took some time deciding even if to go forward, and finally in Fall 2023 we reached out again to Tina. She was so gracious and open to accommodating our schedules to meet to choose our options for the new kitchen. She is very knowledgable about the products (which are beautifully crafted) and listened to our preferences. We were given a detailed schedule for the work that turned out exactly as planned. Fast forward to the actual work. Tina brought Joe and Greg and team to see the space (and meet us) first which was super helpful to them and us. When work began, everyone who came into the house was pleasant and expert at their trade. Every person on the team was exceptional. And our kitchen is beautiful! We enthusiastically recommend Ferris, and will use them for future projects. Many sincere thanks to Ferris for a beautiful kitchen and a wonderful experience. Karen and Ray

Ferris did a complete kitchen renovation plus replaced flooring in main floor of our house. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Meredith was wonderful. She helped us redesign the layout and gave useful tips in helping us pick cabinets, countertop, and accessories that look superb. We were given a schedule of what to expect on each week start to finish. It is amazing how much that helps make life easier during a renovation. The workers are friendly, skilled, and professional. Thanks especially to Curtis, Brian, and Chris for the excellent work and patience with our ornery golden retriever. We will be enjoying our kitchen for years to come. We will readily recommend Meredith and crew at Ferris. We will definitely use them again for future projects.

Our experience working with Ferris to renovate our kitchen and replace the flooring on the 1st floor was exceptional. Meredith was fantastic with helping us plan our dream kitchen by making it more functional. Curtis our installer did high quality work and always showed up on time. My experience working with Ferris has been exceptional! They helped me remodel my master bathroom and kitchen last summer. Both jobs were significant in changing the footprint, tearing down walls, moving plumbing, HVAC and matching new hard wood floors to the rest of the house. From start to finish, Cory, Gayle, Joe, Glen and Kyle were extremely responsive, professional, attentive to the details and always went above and beyond. Gayle was fantastic in helping me with the design, Joe is a great project manager, Glen and Kyle do quality work and Cory managed all the moving parts and scheduling. This team truly understands how to deliver outstanding service and support. Love, love love my new bathroom and kitchen. Two months ago, I watched Ferris Home Improvements install a new Owens Corning Duration roof on my next-door neighbor's house, completing the job in one day. Recently I realized I also needed a new roof asap and called Ferris in our area. The estimator came out, took pictures of my roof for his on-line cost estimating program, walked me through the amazing Owen Corning roofing system, and then presented me a very reasonable quote, much less than the last quote I got six months ago on a different manufacturer's roof that seemed inferior to Owens Corning. 10 days ago, Ferris installed my roof in one day. Superb work from start to finish. The job supervisor was on top of every aspect of the work. Cold weather and snow in the late afternoon did not slow down the work. Thorough cleanup. I had a great experience working with Emily. She designed two bedroom for my daughters including the addition of window seats and a closet. The bathroom was also renovated and Emily did an excellent job of designing a space that allowed for maximum storage. New flooring and paint was done in the two room and bathroom, including the stairs and hallway. I highly recommend!Ferris Home Improvements LLC

one of the worst contractors I have ever dealt with. The only thing they were able to accomplish was rushing out to give me an estimate and take my deposit. STAY AWAY and look for a more repeatable contractor.Ferris Home Improvements LLC

We truly wish that you had a better experience. Please accept our apologies for your project not running perfectly smooth, which is what we strive for on every job. We started the job and half way through the work one of our employees suffered a minor injury. In the nature of making sure our employees are safe we stopped the job and set to return Monday morning for completion. Unfortunately, when we called you on Monday to confirm the completion, you asked us to not complete the work and refund all of your money. We have reached out several times to finish the work which is partially done, but you have declined to let us finish. If you would like the work completed we are happy to put you on our schedule and get it finished as soon as possible.

Very happy with the kitchen renovation by Ferris. The entire project was seamless, from design to final walk through. Emily was very helpful and patient during the design phase. Educating us on different kinds of flooring, cabinets, back splash, etc.. The contractors used preformed professionally, provided quality work and no issues with clean up. Project manager was very responsive to our questions and the inspector was very thorough about reviewing the work performed.Ferris Home Improvements LLC
