5 starsWhen you work with Ferris Home Improvements LLC you quickly become part of the Ferris family. We did a complete master bathroom remodel along with some modifications to our guest bathroom in early 2021. Even though the work was done almost 3 years ago, if I call with any questions they are extremely helpful and recognize me as their customer. Cory O'Neal is an outstanding customer focused representative who is always willing to help any way she can. Assistance doesn't stop there ! We have used Ferris for siding repairs as well as installation of a roof dryer vent all with excellent results. We are extremely happy with the relationship we have developed over the years and am comfortable in continuing to use them in the future. The technician Derrick was on time and very professional and friendly. He didn’t try to over sale or push me to make a purchase that I didn’t need.

Ferris remodeled our kitchen. From start to finish, they were exceptional. When just getting an estimate, they had an electrician come out and check our kitchen so they could give a reliable estimate for the electrical work; very important as we have aluminum wiring. Thus we had great confidence in their estimate, feeling that there would be no extra charges as the work went on. We were very impressed with the meticulous attention to detail shown by all the workers. Each team: carpenters, tilers, electricians, painters, counter top installers, and the people who put in the floor, were all very professional and amenable to "tweeks" to make sure the kitchen was exactly what we wanted. Every project has surprises. The two we had were that some of the cabinets came in defective; and the wall behind the oven was so nonflat that the tilers coul not lay tile. For the first, Ferris immediately ordered materials to correct the issues with the cabinets. While that meant that they could not be completely finished at four weeks, when the material came in the carpenter quickly resolved the issues. For the second, the project supervisor himself, Danny, came out and redid the drywall behind the oven so the tilers could lay tile. I could use my kitchen at the promised 4-week mark! Special praise for Glen who did the cabinets and flooring for his attention to detail and making sure we got exactly what we wanted. Also to the tilers from Fleet who were so meticulous in laying the tile that it looks bent around the corners! We will definitely use Ferris in the future for any remodeling. 5 starsWe had Ferris renovate our first floor at the beach, including installing a new kitchen. My husband and I were extremely pleased with the results and completely satisfied! From the initial consultation to the final walk through, everything was well explained and executed on time.
The real star of the show, however, was the Designer...Robin Murphy! She created a miracle in our kitchen space! Everyone who has seen our renovation cannot believe how much bigger it seems! We are thrilled with the two vanity and floor refreshes that Ferris Home Improvement completed in our bathrooms. Our designer, Robin, was a delight to work with. Her knowledge, high level of communication, and friendly approach to ensure our ultimate satisfaction was first rate. The crew who installed the floors and vanities did an outstanding job. We highly recommend the Ferris team and will definitely use them for our next project.

I have used Ferris for four different jobs on my house and they are coming today to measure for a fifth. I would not use any other contractor. Meredith has been running the show for me on the indoor projects. The most recent was taking down my main bathroom to the studs and completely rebuilding it. It looks amazing. The Ferris employees are all fantastic and I enjoy working with them. I can't say enough about this company but particularly Meredith.Ferris Home Improvements LLC

My husband and I recently had all of the windows and doors replaced in our sunroom and we are very happy that we chose this company to do the work. They completely transformed the sunroom. Thank you so much to Scott and his team (Wayne, Dan, Matt, & Mike) who went above and beyond to make sure the work was done correctly. We are extremely pleased with the results. They are very friendly, professional, and meticulous. We look forward to continuing to do business with them when we are ready to remodel our bathroom. Very satisfied with all aspects of Ferris’ window replacement project.
Clerical arrangements were handled well by office staff.
Project crew (Wayne, Matt and Dan) arrived promptly as scheduled
and were polite and professional throughout. They did an excellent job under the supervision of Scott, Field Supervisor. All are questions were answered patiently and clearly. Highly recommend Ferris Home Improvements.
