      This contractor is failing to meet his obligations for delivery and installation of the product (solar panels) to our home.

      We have a signed contract stating that the job completion would be February 2022 and we are still waiting for the job to be done.

      At this point we have no clear idea of when the job will be completed, as the vendor continues to give us bogus excuses as to why the job is not complete.

      We are at the end of our rope and are feeling taken advantage of at this point.

      If you are able to assist us in this matter please advise.

      We are in receipt of the complaint, and this system has been completed.  The installation had numerous delays including a discontinued panel system, and inverter system that is currently unavailable.  The system was upgraded to the latest generation inverter and panel system at no additional cost to the client.

      To: [email protected] <[email protected]>In response  to their letter the job was completed on September 29, you should know I sent them a register letter stating that if the job was not completed by September 30th we were going to  court. In response to the delays mention in their letter this is the first I have heard of it.Mr. ****** and or the office has never mention this before. I would not be filing a complaint against a company with problems not in their control. I do not feel the company is being honest in their reply. In fact I know the company is not being honest in their replySincerely

      Since April of 2020, we have seen multiple products change and have to be modified on contracts.  Your installation was originally estimated May of 2021, and contracted in December of 2021.  Your estimates and updates all came through our centralized customer service portal.  Your contract was updated 4 times for new products and utility requirements.  I have attached to this one of the updates from June of 2022.  These attachments are sent to you with every online scheduling update for your reference. The system logs each send and opening of the attachments.    I apologize for the extended delays, but we are very happy to see your system completed and utility certified.  We look forward to watching your system make power!
