5 starsMy technician was very good in explaining what would help my garage door work better. He gave me 2 options which was great. I was very impressed with his knowledge. Also, he was able to answer all my questions.
I am highly pleased with his work.

3 starsHad my garage door serviced today 4/25/23. Ryan did a good job. However, the replacement tension spring were very very very expensive! The marked up on their springs are to the tune of approximately 300 percent!! OOOUCH!! Could have serviced the door myself but unfortunately, I recently had a back operation. Felt really bad paying all that extra money for the springs that cost about 1/3 of the amount, but I was in a bind, and HAD to get the door fixed. I'll be running a little short on cash this month to afford my medications wife IS NOT to happy.Review fromDavid M

5 starsTaylor Bartow came out and did a fantastic job on my door repair and new opener. He was low pressure, efficient, and timely in his work. He even offered to program my wifes vehicle opener. If all of Precisions employees work like this, you cant go wrong hiring them.Precision Garage Door of Delaware

5 starsI was very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency that Taylor and Ron showed. Taylor diagnosed the problem and gave me 3 options/solutions. Once I made a choice, they completed the work in an impressive time and manor. I would HIGHLY recommend Precision to anyone needing garage repairs/service.
