5 starsThe spring on our garage door exploded (not really but sounded like it) which made it impossible to enter our garage. Called Precision and technician Taylor Bartow was dispatched within an hour. Taylor was professionally dressed, polite and thorough. He explained what the problem was, gave us a choice as to how we could proceed and the pros & cons with each.
We choose to replace all moving parts to the door instead of just replacing the springs. The door was fixed and running more smoothly then it ever has in less then an hour. Before he left he made sure to test every remote control both in our cars and the key pad. He even cleaned the inside of the door! AWESOME!

A very professional job on both advising what they can do and with the actual install of our Garage door opener. With Taylor going through what was available and answering all my questions I did not feel rushed into making the decision on what I wanted. Once made, Taylor installed it and took the time to answer a few last-minute questions on the operation of the unit.
I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Delaware.

From the sales presentation by Mike to the installation by Josh and Dylan this was an absolutely smooth process. All were very professional, informative and provided me with what I consider a superior product. Pricing was reasonable and the quality of the garage door and opener are a considerable improvement to the builder installed equipment. Communication between Precision prior to and following the install was excellent. Will definitely recommend this company to others.Precision Garage Door of Delaware

was very professional and polite. He explained everything before he started and answered

Technician arrived earlier that we were expecting...how often does that happen!
Professional, knowledgeable and personable...the job took about 45 minutes.

A true professional touch was a text when my technician was on his way with a picture of Jason so I knew who was coming to my home.
