Precision door was prompt and pleasant to work with. Trevor did an amazing job and explained what was needed and offered three different options. He was very courteous and professional and certainly took pride in his work. I would definitely recommend Precision for garage door needs.

I had my garage door opener replaced today. Richard Clemente was excellent. He arrived when he said he would. Assessed the problem and provided me with alternative solutions. I chose the Genie opener and Richard did an excellent job installing the unit, explaining everything to me and setting it all up so I only needed to connect my wifi. I have used Precision in the past and again they did not disappoint. I would strongly recommend them for your garage door needs. Thank you Richard!Precision Garage Door of Delaware

Excellent Technician. He installed the Liftmaster system in one afternoon. He was friendly and very courteous. He shared critical information about lubicating the critical joints and left a can of silicone spray. The system works well and is a big improvement over what I had previously. As a returning customer to Precision Garage Door of Delaware & Eastern Shore Maryland, I remain impressed by the professionalism and promptness of the services rendered today. The current door opener motor failed and vehicles could not depart from the garage. My technician, Matthew Taylor, is outstanding and understands the customer's needs by delivering a first-rate service. Mr. Taylor's sales and technical skills are exceptional and one is fortunate to have him on a call. All recommended work was completed in a single visit, less than 12 hours after an appointment was confirmed. Mr. Taylor clearly explained the operation of the new Genie door opener and answered all questions on the installation. I would also mention all discarded material was neatly removed from the premises. In closing, Matthew Taylor processes a distinguished work ethic demonstrated by the quality of the finished work order. Justin Bahr, General Manager should be proud of the employees at the firm.
