5 starsWe contacted Precision Garage Door based on neighbors recommendations. Our issue was we could not raise the door. The diagnosis was a full torsion conversion was necessary to correct the problem. The technician, Richard Armbruster explained in detail what the job would entail.
We also discussed what a new door would cost and he gave us that information.
He also informed us that today’s workmanship and hardware is guaranteed for 5 years.
Richard was excellent and we now have Precision as our vendor going forward.
