      Can't get a hold of 21st century been calling multiple times every time insoend up to 4 hours and no answer. I think it time to say goodbye to this insurance been with them since for 15 plus years

      I just received a letter stating that my auto policy has been cancel on 9-01-23 from 21st Century Auto insurance.
      I have been calling all the numbers for 21st Century insurance company for Four Months now and can not reach none of the agents, I don't know what's going with this
      company, but I am very disappointed with them. The Bank account They have been trying to get my autopayments has been closed months ago, and I called 21st Century auto insurance, to make changes on my account months ago and as of today, 9-28-2023 I still can't get anyone on the phone, the automatic service tell me that my hold time is 40 minute , and I wait on the phone 1 whole hour more than one time and still no answer. I have no other way
      to relate them my new and Personal information on my new Bank account for my monthly auto pay. I still made my payments every Month on their automatics phone payment and they still cancel my policy.
      The last payment that I called to 21st Century phone services was on August 27, 2023 at 6:10am. and some how the payment was paid to another company call SPI AUTO INSURANCE, I never heard of this company but my $ 248.75 went to them, which I'm out of. Right now i have to look for another Car insurance Company, this really suck, something is serious wrong with 21st Century car Insurance.

      Hi Have been with 21st century for over 10 years - I have waited on the phone for 2 hours today to add a person to my policy because the online system makes you call. In that 2 hours I was pricing other insurance - so it looks like it is bye bye to 21st century

      I haven’t been able to access my online account. After filling out the form online, it recognizes I have an account with them and states a new password has been sent BUT their email never arrives in email nor junk mail. I tried calling all the phone numbers I can find linked to 21st Century for three days and wait for hours and no one picks up. I question whether this company exists. I need to access my account.

      very poor customer service. been with this insurance company more than 20 years and if you call them to talk someone, no one will answer the call and will make you hold for hours. frustrating

      They to update my credit card and on hold over 2 hours and get a stupid recording that the office is closed . This is very very poor service and not sure why I'm still with this insurance company.

      I've been on hold with customer service for days on end, up to 2 hours at a time; then I'm cut off on their end with a recording saying they are now closed (even though they aren't according to the website hours). There is no call back option from them and there is also no option to email for help. I can't log in because I forgot my password and the website says to call for password. Obviously, that doesn't work. I'm losing money every day because I can't cancel my policy!!!

      I have been trying for weeks to reach someone on the phone but nobody ever answers. I’ve been on hold for hours at a time before having to hang up and try again another day. Something is seriously wrong here because you are unable to ask anyone questions about your billing. This company doesn’t even supply a call back feature for service nor is their an email or chat service to engage customer service for help. I’m fact I can’t even figure out how to cancel my policy at this point which I feel like I need to. It seems like this should be a crime or violation in CA for an insurance provider.

      I am having the same issues not getting any response from anyone. I have been calling for weeks trying to fix some issues in my policy but NO ANSWER. I have been placed on holds several times for over 45 minutes and just can't wait,, are this guys still in business or wha???? they're simply collecting my monthly payments but no service whatsoever!!!
