      Insurance quotes are well priced. For the last few months, it has been impossible to reach their customer service by phone. The wait is regularly stated to be “more than 20 minutes”. They’ve acknowledged both by email and the on-hold message your wait will be long and frustrating. This is ridiculous and sad for a national company. If you need to make changes to your policy that can’t be done online, you’re SOL. I also find no email address listed to make contact. Terrible, pathetic customer service.

      I am having the same issues as the complaints filed below! I took screen shot of my longer than 1 hour wait time and still no answer! I need to cancel my policy and there’s no way to do it online. I cancelled the autopay as an alternative. Will never do business with them again.

      I have been trying to contact 21st Century Insurance to cancel my insurance coverage and they have failed to answer my calls, the bill statements I have received say I can't send correspondence to the address they provide. They are charging me an unreasonable amount of money after they have cancelled my insurance. I don't have access to their online services because they cancelled my access. I have been trying to get a hold of them since 6/30/23. And they have failed to answer my calls. They provide the worst services. My last resort was to write to them, but I am still getting their billing statements. I only have the option to add a star review, but honestly they don't deserve any stars.

      21st century insurance has 1 hour plus waiting times on the phone. This is ridiculous & needs to be rectified! The website for 21st century is not user friendly so when calling the customer service phone number, it takes at least 1 hour or more!

      10th call in 2 weeks, longest wait time on hold has been 4 hrs, and yet I still haven't talked to a single person. Called claims department to try and get around customer service and was lied to by a woman, Jenna I believe her name was, that she was patching me through to an escalation line. I've been on hold 2.5 hrs on their "escalation" line ????????
      Irony is I'm trying to give them money for more insurance! Definitely switching

      Like the other customer(s) I too waited for over 35 minutes to speak to customer service and finally had to hang up. My bill went up $30 and I want to know why, it should be going down not up. After many, many years with this company, I will be looking elsewhere.

      21st Century has the worst customer service I have ever come across. They will not answer the phones on more than 1 # I have called, waiting for more than 30 minutes. They want you to do everything online but they're website is flawed.When I signed up they're wren no problems at all. Fast and professional with good rates but when I neededto upgrade my truck on a lease(trade in), no one answers the phone and I can't get passed the info part on the lease.wtf! This has been going on for a month. Im pissed.

      I have 21st Century Auto Insurance Policy and have been trying to reach the Customer Care Service Team since 15 days to make changes to my policy by replacing my existing vehicle with the new one. But they can never be reached on their Customer Service line. They say you will be answered in 20-40 mins and that never happens even if you wait entire day. The replacing of vehicle cannot be done on the website and call is not answered and I'm not sure how this can be resolved. I went ahead and added my new car to get insurance coverage. Now I'm charged for both the cars out of which one is already sold and I want to cancel the policy for that car.

      Can someone help to get help in reaching their team to address the issue?

      No way of contacting 21st Century by email or message through 21st.com. On hold on phone for over an hour before hanging up. Automated voice message says probable wait time: 20 minutes. I have been a customer for over 25 years. This is unacceptable. They raised my annual mileage by 25% without notice and which is incorrect. Premium went up over $200 with no way to edit online. Very dissatisfied with their service.
