I’ve tried two days straight to contact customer service to drop coverage on one of my vehicles that was involved in a car accident on July 3,2023 that 21st Century Ins totaled.
I waited on hold for 2 hours the first day and decided to hang up.
Today , the 2nd day, I’ve been on hold for 1 1/2 hours so far. This is ridiculous, I can’t understand why the adjuster couldn’t cancel the coverage on the totaled vehicle. Yet, I received a letter via docu sign saying that it was my responsibility to do so and that the coverage and premium would continue until I contacted customer service.
I will definitely be contacting Ca . State Attorney General office regarding this matter. Given the fact that the hold time is hours, they should at least offer call back service.

Subject: Frustration with Unanswered Calls and Feeling Neglected

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment regarding my recent attempts to reach your customer service team.

For the past several days, I have been diligently trying to get in touch with 21 Century Customer Service with your support to update my car policy line, dedicating 2-3 hours each day, but unfortunately, my calls have gone unanswered. This prolonged period of waiting and lack of response has left me feeling neglected as a customer.

To cancel my 21st auto policy, I have called their Customer Care 800 241 -1188 but am on hold for 2-4 hours, where I had no option but to hang up. The IVR says I can send an email after logging into their website but when I do so, there is no option to send email. There is no option to cancel my policy online. When I try to delete vehicles, it will not let me. This is TERRIBLE customer service, and 21st should be held criminally liable for holding on to my money without recourse.

I sold my vehicle four months ago and they still charging for my policy because there is mo way to contact them by phone ok or email. Two hours waiting on the phone and they drop the call again and again. Class action lawsuit is what these people need and take it out of business for good. A total fraud in capital letters

I try to call many times to customer services to explain my policy issue but every time I call it takes up to 30 to 45 minutes but the phone is still busy. It is very frustrating.

I have been a 21st Century Insurance (Farmers Insurance) customer for several decades, but the service deteriorated quickly over the past two years and is now unbearable. For information or documents not readily available online, one must call and wait for an hour to speak to someone, even though they say it only takes 20 minutes -- All brick & mortar offices have been closed, and they will not provide mailing addresses for anything. When you do reach someone, the lack of concern is readily apparent, they don't care, and will quickly say "you need to call another department". My exit from this company is in process! Save yourself the headache!

They NEVER answer the phone! I’ve been on hold as along as 2 hours! O answer! I’ve been seeking a response from through emails and no response either. Terrible customer service! I would never recommend this company to anyone! Every year they raise my insurance rates. No accidents, no tickets. Great driving record. I’m so done with this company. Can never talk to an agent. Everything has to be online! Looking for reputable insurance company that have agents and local
offices. Stay away from 21st century!
They take payment out early not authorized to do that. If I could give this company a 0 rating I would. I wish the Better Business Bureau would look into their business and how they operate their business. And how they treat their customers! Hate this company ! I’m so done with them!

I've been trying to reach them for days to make a policy change. Have not talked to anyone yet, after multiple times on hold for over an hour. Tried emailing (service at 21st.com and replied to their email regarding my policy), but both came back as unmonitored email addresses. There is no way to contact them, except the customer service line where they don't pick up, and they drop your call after hours on hold. Horrible customer service! Been with this shitty company for over 20 years. They just lost another customer!

I've been on the phone for over 3 hours trying to change my policy. I've been given 2 to three phone numbers and nobody has answered the phone to assist me in changing my policy. I was give a call by a 12 century representative who again gave me another number to call and as like before, I've been waiting on the phone as stated above. The reason this situation is so egregious is because I would like to remove a vehicle from my policy as being operable so I don't have to pay an insured operable vehicle fee. Since no one is answering their phone, I'll have to still pay the fee for a operable vehicle.

They never answer their phone!!! They discontinued their app!
They raised my auto ins rayes by $42 a month for no reason!
Can’t get in touch with them and they are looking for a MAJOR class action lawsuit for fraud!
