      Such a difficult business to work with. I had a multitude of fraudulent charges on my credit card. They removed all but 2 of the charges and said they were valid. Had to fight with Barclays and Walmart for months and it is still not resolved. Barclays said call Walmart, Walmart said we can't help, call your bank. I've spent more time than the $200 worth of charges. I closed all of my accounts with them.

      The bank does not have the technology to recognize fraudulent charges. I filed for dispute online 2x on July 3rd and July 6th and never received a response. I followed up through phone call on July 11th, only to hear that they never received a dispute claim.

      I spent 1 hour and 15 minutes speaking with at least 7 customer service personnel on July 11th disputing a charge on this credit card. A certain staff named Monica finally informed me that a new card will be sent and the charge of $59.99 will be cancelled. I didn’t use my card for that amount as I have not received the new card yet on 06/20 while the old gap card was already deactivated at that time. If this is not resolved, I am filing a suit. Barclay could not even name the merchant for this charge. THIS HAS GOTTEN VERY FRUSTRATING.

      July 26th, never received the new card. I logged in my account and found out that I still owe $59.99. Everyone in this company lied. No Fraud Specialist has contacted me to straighten this matter. Very unreliable!

      BAIT AND SWITCH! My boyfriend and I got this card to earn milage for a flight to San Francisco where our cruise will depart. We eete both told separately the the 99.00 fee would be waived for the first year. Great! Now we only needed to make a purchase and pay within 90 days to earn our 60,000 miles. Did that immediately. Now we wait 4-6 weeks until our points post.
      I called to check on the milage points a few weeks later and was told that I needed to pay the 99.00 fee before I would earn the mileage. I told them that it had been waived. No amount of argument or talking to supervisors changed their mind.
      BAIT AND SWITCH!! I immediately paid the fee because I needed the points,however, now my 4-6 weeks begins.My cruise is September 6. Not enough time to buy a plane ticket. I asked them if they would deposit my points sooner since it was their fault that I was in this position. Nope. They were very sorry. They told my travel partner the same thing. What a scam!!!
      Do not trust this bank!!!

      They have the worst customer service imaginable. None of the customer service rep is consistent with the information provided and they are constantly blaming it on the customer fault because there is no record even though their secure banking responded with one message and the call center has another message regarding an issue.
