    I had a credit card with this company and filed a dispute around August 2022 for the only charge on the account. I called the company several times about the status and was given multiple excuses and was told to await the outcome. I did not hear from the company and kept calling them. I encountered multiple issues with this company. I paid off the credit card in full and the company kept charging me interest which caused a balance. The company waived all fees. Corrected the amount. But refuses to correct my credit report.
    The account was reopened and then closed a month or so later supposedly due to not using the credit card. I just want the late payments of January and February2023 removed from credit report.

    My account is current and on auto pay but reporting late to the credit bureau for July August and September 2024. My account was modified to a lower payment and placed on auto pay i August 2024. All payments were paid as agreed during this period. The account is currently reporting as current. My payments have only been paid on auto pay at the $164/mo agreed amount. So my account is reporting current and I have done nothing different. I contacted the company and they said they won't fix the incorrect lates because their system won't allow it. I am requesting that they fix the credit reporting to correctly show current and paid as agreed for July August and September 2024

    My account is current and paid agreed on my account statements.  There is no indication my account is delinquent...see screenshots. It's incredible UNETHICAL for Best Egg to not fix the reporting. Whatever their logic is, any per person on this planet would agree my account is current according to my account. At the very least as a courtesy the account should be correct.  Why would anyone say every thing my account is delinquent based on the statements provided.

    This is a month to month Flexible Rent payment service subscription. The dead line to pay the flex rent is the 3rd of the month by 330pm as the email and website says. But today November the 3rd at 2:38pm I received a notice that I missed the payment. I went to the website to attempt to pay it and when logged in, the message was also there that I missed the payment. As you can see in the email they sent me, the deadline is the 3rd by 330pm.

    Obtained a debt reconsolidation loan in July of 2024 through best egg for the purpose of lowering monthly bills. In October of 2024 while going through a refinance process through our mortgage company movement mortgage to lower our monthly payment it was discovered that there was a lien on the property. The best egg loan was refinanced to an unsecured loan and a termination of UCC was filed on 10/21/2024 through the title company along with giving bay title LLC power of attorney to resolve the process and obtain the documents to move forward with refinancing. Best egg informed bay title that they received the paperwork via fax and would not honor the power of attorney paperwork, due to this we will lose our interest rate lock on 10/25/24 due best egg refusing to sign and return the fax after I was informed they would fax it over 24-48 hours from one of the original loan officers I spoke with. Seeking loan payoff on current account due to losing our mortgage refinance interest rate and hundreds of dollars in monthly savings because of miscommunication and lying from different employees.     Best egg loans is scammers I applied for loan through credit karma
    With outstanding approval odds but best egg lost my information which included bank route number, account number social security number, phone number address, everything 4 times and every single time you called them you get a different person and they won’t let you talk to the person that was handling your information! They make you restart another application! finally after losing my information yet another time
    I told them to cancel the process and ask them what they did with all my secure information which they had NO answer as to where my information was lost or if it’s stored! NO body could answer anything at all. Nothing but excuses after excuses this company Best Egg needs investigation. I have never been given the run around by any company like you get from best egg ! Who knows where they sent or gave my information to ! Best Egg is the very worst company ever

    my personal checking account and my identity was stolen in the black market my email my cell phone number my routing and checking account was stolen. So i froze all my accounts money was stolen from the account I had Best Egg on auto pay never missed a payment in 2 years then when this happen in September of 2024 they didn't get there payments I notified them in October on what was going on and the dinged my credit report with September 30 days late October 30 days late i explained to them what happen I forwarded them copies from the bank and a signed notarized affidavit showing what happen but they told me straight that its wasn't there mistake so they cant do nothing about it they have been really rude and not helpful there reporting 30 day late in October 2024 and I have made the payments already and they keep reporting negative information.

    so I file a BBB complaint, because they keep emailing me, so what do they do, they email me again, and saying they removed me from their mailing list (which I never subscribed to in the first place), a hour later, I get yet another marketing email from them, so explain this, you email me because I requested NO FURTHER CONTACT, then you EMAIL ME AGAIN with the same marketing junk I NEVER subscribed to, un real, do NOT trust this company.I WILL STATE AGAIN, ONE LAST TIME, "STOP EMAILING ME, THE ONLY COMMUNICATION YOU MAY USE IS THROUGH THE BBB WEBSITE", ANY FURTHER DIRECT EMAILS FOR ANY REASON, YOU AGREE TO $1000 PER EMAIL RECEIVED.

    Dear Best Egg Customer Service,

    I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a loan that was established in my name without my authorization. On October 4, I received an alert notifying me that a loan had been funded by your company under my identity. I had neither applied for nor approved this loan, and I believe this constitutes fraudulent activity.

    Upon discovering this unauthorized transaction, I immediately returned the loan amount to your company. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this issue, including contacting your representatives daily, I have yet to receive a refund for the fees associated with this loan. Your refusal to return the fees is not only unjust but also highly concerning, given the circumstances surrounding this fraudulent transaction.

    I demand the following actions be taken immediately:

    Refund of all fees associated with the loan.
    Written confirmation that the loan has been fully closed and no debt remains in my name.
    A formal investigation into how this unauthorized loan was processed under my identity.
    Removal of any record of this loan from my credit report.
    Please treat this matter with the utmost urgency. If these demands are not met within 10 business days, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this complaint to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and other relevant authorities.

    Thank you for your immediate attention to this serious matter. I expect a prompt resolution.

    They closed my account when I owed nothing & never missed a payment ever nor been late. After I paid interest for almost a year and half. The minute they couldn’t collect high interest from me they closed my account. Feb-Oct. I had a zero balance so they cancelled me. Before that I was paying $19-30 interest a month. It’s predatory behavior. Now I have a closed account on my credit. Lost almost 3 years of good credit history.
