      Multiple times the card will show me being charged twice for transactions that never actually went through.

      Last time had an issue and the supervisor said next time I want to pay off my balance in advance the $6.95 fee would be waived. I called the next time for another issue and it was not resolved and they could not find record of a credit for using the fee. Waste of my time. My father recently passed. I can’t deal with incompetent customer service and not able to purchase things with the card or troubleshoot what’s wrong.
      Multiple times I’ve called and put on hold for over an hour. For over a week I kept calling. Randomly sometimes you get the option for a call back — but they never call back.

      I’m EXTREMELY dissatisfied. I just paid $588 and have to wait 7 days to access the credit — because on hold forever and also no record??? Not happy.

      I just got my card today. So I called to activate the card because I was unable to do so through the website. Although I was on hold for at least an hour, the agent was very helpful, thorough and kind. Upon activating my card, I asked the agent which day my account would get reported to the Credit Bureau, he indicated sometime after the 16th. I ask this question because of the utilization issue. So now I suppose I can't use my card for at least 7 days after the 16th... in order to keep my card utilization low?? Time will tell...
      Nevertheless, all else worked out well and I'm excited that I received this new card. Thank you!

      I have been with surge under congenital for only 3 months and can not log into my account online or over the phone. It keeps saying can't find account. One person said my surge card had two names. A management of card service reached out but still has not resolved the issue. BUT they want me to make payments on transactions I dont see. If I could give a 0 I would. I'm closing my account and lerring everyone know there tech support sucks.
