4.5 stars great customer service they even removed late fees when I offered to pay balance even though I started with a high credit limit just wish I was offered a increase since I’ve had this card for more than two years but I will say it’s my fault because I didn’t transfer my auto payments to my new account that was on my 6th month other than that no complaints

I have not received any reply from the email address that CS gave me in an effort to change my effen phone numbers to the ones I currently use and without the phone numbers being updated I can not get into my online account to pay my bill. This is one good reason never to go paperless. I have a good record of paying my bill and this is beyond stupid. You would think the morons would want my current phone number. But guess not. They have lost me as a customer unless I start getting some answers from them. There is no reason unless their CS is bogus to not answer me. The next step is to file a case to see if I can't get a live person to help me with this problem.Continental Finance Company, LLC

I would like other users of these credit cards to be aware of many instances where Continental Finance Company who issues the credit cards for Verve and Surge, which I currently have. The first few months were very good. Than after a few more months passed I notice their website crashes frequently, their toll free number circles you back to nothing, their pay over the phone system takes more then 10 minutes and repeats all your info. My main complaint is their website. It's always down and you cannot make a payment online consistently so then I have to make a payment over the phone which takes at least 10-12 minutes which takes way too long. I'm not sure why this company cannot get their act together for such a simple task as online payments. I have already ripped there cards up and DO NOT USE them also since the interest rate is 35%. Like I said they were good in the beginning but now I don't need them anymore. There are so many better companies out there.Continental Finance Company, LLC
