My customer service experience today was equivalent to 5-STAR Luxury Hotel. My beautiful representative Mr. Niago (forgive me if I misspelled his name) was attentive, patient and very skilled and knowledgeable. I received an email today that he eloquently explained it to me. Cerulean is a very good credit card with excellent professionals and very easy to work with. Yearly fee is ridiculous. When you try to close your account, you have to jump through hoops to close. Representative had to keep putting on hold, was not knowledgable at all on how to close account. Could not transfer to a manager because there were none working. Horrible customer service. Will never do business with them again.Continental Finance Company, LLC
