    Right now I'm a bit leery of this company. Initially I was told most customers will have their credit repaired within two months and at most three with what there software says will be removed. I had one collection removed the first month that was said they could try but no guarantee. Credit joy rep said the two others and a debt settled for less would be removed for sure. Three months I ask them about why isn't it all cleaned up and the rep says 2-3 months is when customer's start seeing results. Hearing two different things but holding on yet.

    Ms. Lian, first of all, I hope that I wrote the name correctly? You are really great. She answered all my questions efficiently and skillfully. She also asked me. Did I understand everything she was reading? It was clear and transparent and she stayed on the phone with me for almost an hour and a half until I understood almost everything. She really deserves 7 stars and not 5.. because she was very patient with me because of my weak English. And also, the most important thing is that I did not trust all these companies throughout my life before... Frankly, I imagined that they were scams in general, but with her wonderful style, she convinced me and made me subscribe with them. She is really a skilled salesperson.. haha.. I hope that the translation is correct because I used Google Translate to help me translate from Arabic to English... Thank you again, Lian
