    The young man Mr. Bueno, that was my Credit Joy service representative, was very kind, helpful, thorough, and patient. He walked me through each step of the process and explained to me how each item on my credit report was affecting me negatively. This was a 100% positive experience.

    These guys are a complete shit show. No body is on the same page. Their charges are absolutely ridiculous and once they get ur card to charge you they will charge you every week for no reason. They make u buy a separate monitoring service that only they can log into and they charge you for that too. 2 months into there repair services n ain't crap been done. When I called to ask why nothing was done it was nothing but over explanation and excuses. However the guy I talked to was super nice I will say that. I cannot remember his name but he was a very nice guy

    I spoke with Patrice this evening 01/03/2025, I called about a collection. Patrice was very patient and explained every detail so that I could understand. She continued to go Above & Beyond, she even took the time to allow me to ask questions. I Truly enjoyed speaking to to her. Thank you so much Patrice for all of your help this evening
