    I would like to say that the overall phone conversation was amazing, I spoke with Patrice; she gave me a lot of knowledge and options that I can take to get my issues resolved. I rate this company at 3 stars until I have known results. things seem promising, until I receive results my rating stands.

    I spoke with Patrice today 12/10/2024 and she explained to me that Credit Joy can help to remove everything derogatory on my credit report. I was emailed later that evening and was told that they have begun preparing to send out the dispute letters. I am thankful because this is time consuming and they already have what is needed get this done. I just have to wait and see! Thanks Patrice!

    I specifically asked if their service was a one time payment, no monthly bill and they lied and bill me again. Very difficult
