    Today I called in very upset about a letter I received from my bank. I spoke to a phenomenal representative her name is Salsalicia. She calmed me down in less than 5 minutes. After taking care of the issue why called she introduced me to credit protection and to help me fix my credit. She explained the program very well. She listened to me and took her time to walk me through the portal so I wouldn't have any issues. She had a very reassuring attitude which meant the world to me. I hope going forward with this new program my credit score will improve. This will make life less stressful when getting a new phone or maybe a new car without worry. Thank you Yvette Thompson
