    We've paid them $600 to $700 in the last 4 months with them stringing us along with very little results we're realizing that we could have done most of it by ourselves and we are seeing bad reviews all over the place. They are being turned into the FTC

    Fraudulent charges on my account. They presented themselves as a debt collector & set up a “repayment plan” for a company they have no affiliation with & scammed me out of $300

    100% SCAM. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THIS BUSINESS SAYS OR OFFERS, IT IS AN ENTIRE SCAM OPERATION, SOMEONE NEEDS TO TAKE THEM TO COURT THAT CAN AFFORD IT, ITS A GUARANTEED WIN FOR MALICIOUS FRAUD. THEY TOOK $695 FROM MY CREDIT CARD, promised 2 negative marks and 3 hard inquires would be deleted from all 3 credit companies. They fool you with some bozo app that shows your negative items “in dispute.” Thankfully I used a credit card so i could charge it back no problem. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO CREDIT JOY OR LVNV FUNDING, NOBODY. 100% Scam, THEY WILL ROB YOU.

    I had a very great over the phone experience with Curtis. He was very good at explaining the different things on my credit & gave me a few tips on how to keep my credit in good standing. I was super eager to start business with them, he did a good job at creating a trust between myself and the company while speaking with him.

    I signed up with credit Joy on Friday paid $99 had to cancel it on Monday because I have car repairs that came up and I come to find out I don't get the $99 back that I started it with when I had up to 3 days to cancel because they said they submitted just cuz they submitted a request to the credit bureaus which is ridiculous to me I had three days they're a rip off and I wouldn't use them
